Studio details I'm loving at the moment (and always).

1) This bed.

Of dreams. Literally. So many of you drift off whilst laying here 🧖🏼‍♀️ it's such a compliment that you feel safe and relaxed enough to have a little snooze during your treatment.

Just some of the beautiful faces I get to work on 😍

These before & afters were taken during the last taster treatment offerings. These were just 50min treatments - a chance for clients to experience a little bit of heaven in the form of facial massage, Gua Sha, lymphatic drainage and lifting and sculpting techniques. Don't they look beautiful?

Some improvements are more subtle than others, yet all of them experienced a reduction in puffiness and facial tension and noticed an improvement in facial symmetry and a healthy glow. The glow isn't just surface level, it's rooted deeper, that's what improved blood flow and circulation will do for you 🤍

As the end of January is nearly here, it’s always a good time to reflect on the month and check in with yourself to see how you’re feeling ✨

While January tends to be a slower month, the pressures of a busy life can easily creep back in. Take a few moments to sit with your thoughts and feelings this evening to make sure you’re honouring your beautiful self.

I’m feeling super grateful this month for some beautiful cosy days for your treatments. There’s something so special about this time of year, beating the cold, indulging in the beauty of self-care and being part of your wellness practice… January’s not so bad afterall! 💆🏻‍♀️☁️🏹🤎

So here's the idea my loves...

You choose between a monthly 70min treatment or a monthly 90min treatment.

A 70min treatment is £99/month, and any additional treatment within the month would be £89.

A 90min is £119/month, and any additional treatment would be £109.

You'd then be able to upgrade every 6th 70min treatment to a 90min treatment, or every 6th 90min treatment to 110mins, free of charge ☺️

3 month initial commitment, and then it's rolling monthly.

I've wanted to offer this for a (long) while but I was being a great big chicken about it 🙈

I'm aware of hotel chains offering monthly membership for spa and massage treatments - I used to belong to one at The Hilton (pre-pandemic) but they stopped doing it?! And then Facegym launched theirs and whenever we'd visit London I'd think "why doesn't anywhere in Bournemouth offer this?"

So, here ya go.

We're in this together fyi. Not just in regards to your health and wellbeing but this membership will be a living, breathing thing, it'll evolve alongside your wants and needs for it.
