It's been a busy weekend for Jan and Nikki.
Saturday was all about supporting our rugby teams and Sunday a Taekwondo competition.
Not only do we treat injuries we also work as medics for sporting events. X

What an absolutely epic day! We had a legends game of rugby in the morning with many of my past teams and two games at home in the afternoon. A few tears remembering those that had passed before their time and lots of laughter, catching up with how many children they all have and their lives now.

life is pretty difficult for a lot of people at the moment.

I just thought I would talk about Reflexology today.
