So excited to start digging into your all aches and pains to help eliminate all the annoying struggles of day to day niggles in your body!
So many people are confused about what a sports massage/deep tissue actually is 🧐
Firstly just because it has the word ‘sport’ in it does not mean it is only for sport-related people, because I can tell you for sure that the people that are most beneficial of this are ordinary people with ordinary lives 😱

A few examples.....
Office workers...
Very common to have lower back problems as well as lots of knots and tension through there neck and upper back.
Why is this? 🤔
Because you are hunched over a desk all day causing certain muscles to get tight from overuse whilst being sat in a position the body isn’t exactly designed to be in, in effect causing what we call a muscle imbalance wreaking havoc by playing a game of tug of war across our joints leaving us aching and feeling pretty 💩!
Parents...
Lugging your mini human leaches around and continuously having to pick stuff up from the floor (I know you mums relate to this I swear I spend more time picking toy cars up than anything else) 😩
This leads to repetitive strain on your lower back let alone having a weak core from putting your body through 9 months of unforgettable hell 😬😅
Let alone pulling your hips out of line, I won’t go into it... you know how much it’s changed your body!
Massage for me was the only thing that helped cure my problems, after both my boys my body was completely out of line and I had to rely on a lot of painkillers just to make through the simple day to day tasks such as washing up and doing things around the house.

It’s amazing honestly but from doing nothing to everything, your body is going to be taking on a lot of pressure and stress especially if your lifting weights... and the amount of people that won’t even stretch after 🤦🏽♀️, constantly putting stress on your muscles making them tight and not relieving them, how do you think this is going to help your body other than eventually lead to an injury, trapped nerves or other issues like shoulder pain which is something I see a hell of a lot.
Again me being one of them.... live and learn and all that 🙄
The way massage works is by finding the tension points within your body and helping manipulate the tight muscles to free up the areas causing pain with some pressure and special techniques we break down the scar tissue (them annoying crunchy knots causing agony and irritation) across all of the body to freely move and increase range of motion therefore
reducing stiffness and allowing you to stop moaning about what aches 😉
