4 Things…

I work with people every day and these are the biggest factors holding people back when they want to rush the process (and the people who have had the best results avoid these where possible!)

A lot of people think healing means getting better but actually, when your body is fighting, pushing harder usually leads to injury. Healing starts when you support your body instead.

Pain is often the reason people start care but that’s usually just a signal, not the root cause. When we only chase pain relief, we miss the point.

Healing isn’t linear, some people notice change quickly, others notice changes in sleep before pain even starts to go away. It’s all progress and all part of the healing process.

Your body can’t heal when it’s not getting the signals it needs from the brain. Regular chiropractic care helps restore the communication between the brain and body so that you can heal better and function better

So many of us hold tension in the jaw without realising - cenching, grinding or living life slightly stressed😅
