Day 19 of the challenge ☀️
How is everyone today? I hope all my friends joining me on this challenge are doing well, whatever day you are on and for however long 🥰. Well done
I wanted to mention today that I’m noticing my skin has improved and my hair is more shiny. Two things I always notice living within a sober period. There really is such a thing called sober hair and it amazes me everytime 👩🦰
If I was to down a bottle of wine tonight then I know that in the morning not only would I notice that I was dehydrated but I would also notice how dry and tight my skin would feel, the horrible taste in my mouth and general yuck feeling in my body. I think it’s because I’ve had so many yo-yo times of drinking and sobriety that I can be more specific and not just refer to it as a hangover
I just love the way I feel sober.
It’s raining but I’m taking this salad and a flask of tea out to explore Hill Mead beach or Lee on the Solent.
