What are you holding onto?
That tension in your neck that’s been there for decades.
That habit of leading with your right side.
That voice that says, “This is just who I am.”
These aren’t harmless facts. They’re security blankets. Adult versions of the dummy you wouldn’t let go of as a toddler.
And just like that dummy, they keep you small.
I don’t say this to be cruel. I say it because I see every day how much more people are capable of—if only they’d stop clinging to what feels familiar.
The known whispers: “Stay here. Don’t risk. You know what to expect.”
But that whisper isn’t keeping you safe. It’s keeping you stuck.
In our work together, there are moments when everything you thought you “knew” about how you move… dissolves. It can feel strange, vulnerable.
Good. That’s the doorway.
That’s where growth begins—when you dare to drop the blanket and step into something new.
So the real question is:
👉 Will you let it go now?
Or will you still be clutching it at eighty, wondering why freedom never came?
