🌅Sunrise walk & Sea Dip at 5.30am with the very lovely .roam.nanar bumping into some of my lovely clients & fellow dippers 💛
🧘🏻‍♀️Followed by my Saturday Yoga Flow
⚡️A few zaps & hot stone massage for clients in my cabin
💆🏻‍♀️Sports Massage with
🛍️A cheeky trip to Zara ( why not !)
🏖️🐚Beach walk & collecting shells 🐚 with my amazing girl Mia and a cheeky hot chocolate ☕️

What a great day .. love what I do ..feeling good & blessed and now tired 🥱 🤣🌟
