Just had the best Dipping experience at Tides for Dip Day 17! Blimey, the plunges were cold 🥶, but the sauna was a great way to warm up afterwards, such a lovely vibe too ☺️

Great for sports recovery or if you just enjoy cold dipping for all round wellness 🤩

Who doesn’t love a dip paddle or swim in the sea. A month ago at Flaghead chine my beach bum friend and I went for a swim to find something unsightly bobbling around which made me sign up for a Dip a Day , by donating £10 it could help fund Surfers Against Sewage free sewage pollution alert app – keeping thousands of water users safe so we can all enjoy dipping in our lovely Dorset coastline 🧜‍♀️
