After a deep cleanse of the face, a detoxifying clay face mask is applied. Helping to remove every day pollutants, resulting in a bright and radiant complexion.

Using essential oils such as vetiver, known for its deeply grounding and circulatory boosting properties and healing benzoin. Breath is restored and neck and shoulder tension is released through targeted techniques and deep soothing strokes.

This client is a case study of mine for my clinical aromatherapy studies . It’s great to see how healing oils/herbs/plants can be when working with clients ✨

Natasha is the perfect blend of professionalism, empathy and kindness and the treatment is set in a wonderful, relaxing environment. Natasha’s remedial massage has been transformational for a number of musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries I’ve had in the last year and I’ve also benefited from Natasha‘s expertise in blending oils which have been used to help me with sleeping and with invigorating poorly joints and muscles. I’d highly recommend Natasha for both a relaxing treatment and for improving mental and physical health.

Why consultations matter…

Apart from the obvious reasons of finding out important information. Consultations are really clever at subtly making you aware of how you live your life. Sometimes even giving you little pointers and encouragements at ways you may be able to make little tweaks and health investments.

What are your stress levels? When was the last time you had fun? What do you do for YOU? How do you relax?

My consultations are done face to face but a recent client booked in for a shorter treatment so we did the consultation over the phone the evening before. When she walked in to my treatment room she told me that she had the best night sleep that she’s had in a while after we spoke on the phone! She found pockets of calm in her evening that she hadn’t found in a long time.

The consultations are there to help you as much as they are to help me 🤍

A deeply nurturing and warming holistic treatment.

A full body massage ritual designed to nourish mind, body and soul during the colder months of Autumn and Winter.

A time out where your body and mind can rest in to a womb like cocoon of warmth, nurture and stillness.

The treatment begins with a herbal tea and a stimulating footbath with rosemary cut fresh from the allotment and warming essential oils.

Using a gently heated body oil with added essential oils such as ginger, orange and clove designed to boost circulation and increase blood flow.

Hot stones are placed on various parts of the body for grounding and warmth before being used to help ease tension away.

A highly nourishing balm will be massaged in to hands and feet providing moisture, improved circulation and a barrier against the cold and wind.

A head/scalp treatment, activating the crown chakra using rosemary and almond oil to uplift, centre and increase circulation.

The treatment finishes with some gentle sound using chimes or singing bowls designed to bring you back to your own and renewed sense of vibration.

Really excited to try out a DUVET on my clients for autumn/winter. I’ve been reluctant to purchase as for me, work over the blanket is really important… such as the initial introduction of my hands over the body, long holds for grounding and reassurance, noticing subtleties within the body. All of this, in my opinion is harder when working with a duvet… BUT that being said, when I’ve had a treatment and there’s a duvet involved, I love it and it’s super cosy. Even the weight of it feels grounding and comforting!
