Join Leanne & Lynne for a truly transformative afternoon blending strength, stillness, and sound. 🌙

We’ll begin with an energising Forrest Yoga practice led by Leanne ~ a modern, healing style known for its deep core connection, long holds, and heart-opening intensity. Then we’ll soften into Yin Yoga with Lynne, inviting the body and mind to surrender as Leanne moves around the room offering gentle Angel Healing.

After a short refreshment break, we’ll close with a blissful Soundbath ~ a meditative immersion in vibration and harmony to integrate and restore.

➰ We'll have 90 minutes on Sunday the 7th of September for the Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse. 💫🌕✨
