Huge, huge celebration today for the incredible Nicola, who has officially lost 5 stone 👏🎉

This didn’t happen by accident. Nicola has shown up every single week hail, rain, snow, dark mornings, busy life, she’s been there. Consistent, committed, and quietly determined.

She’s become such a valued part of our Calorie Comedy Club family, supportive, encouraging, and always bringing the right energy into the room. Our Thursday mornings at Ravenscraig just wouldn’t be the same without her 💕

Nicola, you should be so proud of yourself. This is proof of what happens when you keep showing up, even on the weeks that feel hard.

💜 January at Calorie Comedy Club is going PURPLE 💜

This January, Calorie Comedy Club is proudly supporting Ardgowan Hospice.

After the kindness, support and togetherness shown during our Lose 10lbs for Christmas Challenge, it felt right to turn that energy into something bigger.

Throughout January, we’ll be going purple for Ardgowan Hospice and taking part in a range of activities to help raise funds, awareness and support, all alongside our regular, relaxed, calorie-counting approach to weight loss.
