Important update for all members…

We’ve had our scales recalibrated this week to improve accuracy across all clubs.

You may notice a difference of around -3 to -5lbs at your next weigh-in.

This is completely normal and reflects previous inconsistencies.

A STONE DOWN!!! 🎉

4 weeks into my GLP-1 journey, alongside the support from Calorie Comedy Club, and I’m a stone down.

That’s 47lbs lost over the last 18 months.

I’ve been calorie counting religiously, eating better, and somewhere along the way… old habits have started to change.

I feel in control again.
Brighter. Happier.
And genuinely excited about what’s ahead ☀️

Now let me say this, because it matters…

We don’t demonise GLP-1 at Calorie Comedy Club and we never have.

Our members are open, honest, and supportive of each other, no matter what path they’re on… and I absolutely love that about us 💚

Calorie counting is still at the centre of everything we do and always will be.
That, and a right good dose of humour 😅

That’s not changing.

We’re just being real about the fact there are more support tools out there now… and you’re allowed to use them.

You are welcome here.
There is a seat at the table for you.
We see you, and we support you.

Right… this one deserves a shout out 👏

Hail, rain or shine, Donna has shown up every single week.No drama, no excuses, just getting on with it.

And this week… she’s only gone and smashed a 3 STONE LOSS 😮🔥

All from calorie counting, eating better and sticking at it.Nothing fancy. Just consistency.

That’s the bit people underestimate…It’s not about being perfect, it’s about turning up even when you’d rather do anything but.

Donna’s done exactly that and look where it’s got her 💚🎉

Absolutely buzzing for you so, so proud 👏

💚 5 STONE DOWN FOR OUR NICOLA! 💚

Huge, huge celebration today for the incredible Nicola, who has officially lost 5 stone 👏🎉

This didn’t happen by accident. Nicola has shown up every single week hail, rain, snow, dark mornings, busy life, she’s been there. Consistent, committed, and quietly determined.

She’s become such a valued part of our Calorie Comedy Club family, supportive, encouraging, and always bringing the right energy into the room. Our Thursday mornings at Ravenscraig just wouldn’t be the same without her 💕

Nicola, you should be so proud of yourself. This is proof of what happens when you keep showing up, even on the weeks that feel hard.

💜 January at Calorie Comedy Club is going PURPLE 💜

This January, Calorie Comedy Club is proudly supporting Ardgowan Hospice.

After the kindness, support and togetherness shown during our Lose 10lbs for Christmas Challenge, it felt right to turn that energy into something bigger.

Throughout January, we’ll be going purple for Ardgowan Hospice and taking part in a range of activities to help raise funds, awareness and support, all alongside our regular, relaxed, calorie-counting approach to weight loss.
