Yoga with Charlotte Swann Charlotte Swann is a British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 qualified yoga teacher who currently offers hatha yoga classes in Neath and Port Talbot, South Wales.

Charlotte Swann is a British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 qualified yoga teacher who currently offers hatha yoga classes and workshops and specialist yoga for menopause workshops in Neath and Port Talbot and Pontardawe, South Wales. Her classes involve physical posture work , breathing practices and relaxation, taught in an inclusive way with many modifications to cater to all levels of physical ability. Her classes aim to bring a healthy balance to the body and the mind through controlled physical movement, concentration, flexibility, conscious breathing and complete relaxation. Charlotte currently teaches the following classes:
Mixed ability yoga class at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure Centre: 18.30 - 20.00 every Monday evening. A mixed ability class at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure Centre: 9.15 - 10.15am every Wednesday Morning. Chair Yoga at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure every Wednesday 10.30 - 11.30am. Mixed ability yoga class at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure Centre: 18.30 - 20.00 every Wednesday evening. Mixed ability yoga classes 5.40 - 6.40pm and 6.50 - 7.50pm Pontardawe Leisure Centre every Thursday evening. A mixed ability class at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure Centre: 9.15 - 10.15am every Friday Morning. Chair Yoga at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure every Friday 10.30 - 11.30am. Relax & Restore Yoga at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure the last Friday of every month (sometimes this date can vary) 18.30 - 20.00

Join me this Sunday evening for my second November online menopause yoga class for winter rest. Take time out for yourself and experience simple but effective practices that can allow you to unwind and rebalance your energy at a time when you need it the most. These are live classes that will be recorded and available to watch for 7 days afterwards.

The theme of World Menopause Day this October is Lifestyle Medicine - how every day choices can make a significant difference to how we experience menopause.

Join me from the comfort of your own home on Sunday October 19th for an early evening menopause yoga practice focused around self-care practices for stress-management and sleep.

This will be a deeply restful session in which we will use the support of items you have in your home, like blankets, cushions and pillows to aid in settling into restorative poses after a sequence of gentle stretches. We will explore breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and the practice will end with a beautiful guided relaxation.

This will be a live unrecorded practice open to anyone in any stage of menopause. You will receive a Google Meet link on booking (you do not need a Google email address to join the class and you do not have to download the app)
