This summer, the Swansea Bay Immunisation Team is hitting the road! 🚐💉

We’re bringing free, convenient pop-up vaccination clinics and our Immbulance to communities across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot – making it easier than ever for your child to catch up on any missed childhood vaccinations.

Vaccines protect children from serious illnesses like measles, meningitis and more. If your child has missed any of their vaccines – for any reason – it’s not too late to catch up.

Just drop in to one of our pop-up sessions or book an appointment via this link - ImmunisationPopupVenues@wales.nhs.uk/?ismsaljsauthenabled" rel="ugc" target="_blank">https://outlook.office.com/book/ImmunisationPopupVenues@wales.nhs.uk/?ismsaljsauthenabled

Generally, our bodies find it harder to adapt to more extreme temperatures as we age, and some conditions and medications can make us more susceptible hot weather, including the high temperatures this week.

We can all help keep older people safe during heatwaves by checking in on relatives, friends, and neighbours. You could offer help to get shopping or picking up any medication, or you may even have an extra fan you could lend to help them keep cool.
