“I don’t like training for nothing” lol
stevensonnn and I have worked together on and off for a long time now, and one thing that has always mattered is having a clear goal in front of us.

Whether it was getting in shape for holidays, pushing towards a photoshoot, or working around dance-based goals with her being a dance teacher, the focus has always been the same… train with purpose.

That’s what makes progress easier to buy into. You’re not just turning up for the sake of it. You’ve got structure, direction, and something to work towards.

Over the years Ella has ticked off two photoshoots, built a strong physique, and always found her way back to training with intent.

Proud of everything she’s done and looking forward to plenty more to come 🤝

A FULL YEAR of doing it properly

Jan 2025 → Feb 2026

70kg → 50kg

Not just a drop on the scales, a complete shift in composition, confidence, and how she carries herself.

From her first shoot last July, we knew there was more there. We pushed on, tightened everything up, and this is the result.

All while managing coeliac and endometriosis… still showing up, still progressing.

Confidence now at a level where she’s even launched her own business .ni

She didn’t just step in front of the camera for this, she was behind it too capturing the BTS. Plenty more work together ahead.

Wedding Prep → Shoot Ready

Started as wedding prep alongside

The goal was simple, feel confident, get stronger, and look her best for the big day.

But when training starts clicking, things tend to snowball.

Strength went up. Body composition improved. Gym confidence grew week by week.

From early morning 2-1 sessions, consistent training, and building better habits around food and recovery… this is where that journey led.

57kg → 54.5kg

But more importantly, a completely different physique, strength level and confidence.

First up from last week’s shoot 📸

68kg ➝ 63.5kg

Joy is no stranger to a photoshoot, so I knew getting her ready for this one would be straightforward.

But the biggest changes weren’t just the number on the scale.

Better understanding of training. Stronger across the board in the gym. Tighter nutritional habits week to week.

The result… a leaner, stronger physique and stepping in front of the camera feeling confident and in control.

A brilliant standard set.
