Productive week.

First full week on plan with Coaches need coaches. Great having someone in my corner again to push for bigger and better things this year.

First photoshoot of 2026 wrapped as well. Great standard set early. Plenty more of that to come this year.

Caught up with friends home from Canada and thatโ€™s the last drink for a while.

Zoe actually won a competition I ran back in late October last year. That gave her a real taste for online coachingโ€ฆ the structure, the accountability, and the consistency needed to keep progressing week to week.

The scale change isnโ€™t drastic like some of the transformations youโ€™ll see on my page, but the composition shift, the strength levels and the overall consistency are moving exactly the way we want them to. This is what long-term progress looks like when itโ€™s done properly.

A notable check-in worth sharing. is now 7lbs down on the scale, but more importantly, the change in composition is starting to speak for itself. Leaner, stronger, and building a physique that actually reflects the work being put in.

Alannaโ€™s a busy corporate girl with a full schedule. Sheโ€™s always trained, but made the shift away from class-based sessions into structured physique-focused coaching and the difference shows:

โ€ข โ Structure, consistency, and intent behind every session

This is what happens when training stops being random and the guesswork is taken out of it. No extra stress, no overthinking, just a clear plan around a busy lifestyle and a goal that actually means something.

With a photoshoot locked in later this year (perfectly timed before the wedding and hen do), everything now has direction. We build, we refine, and we keep raising the standard.

Training is definitely flying at the minute with the higher calories. I need to actually start adding some proper training clips into these posts ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿป

We ate well this weekend. Zios yesterday and steaks tonight to finish the Valentines weekend. Week ahead organised and ready to go, with another transformation post dropping tomorrow ๐ŸŽฏ

If youโ€™re ever looking a session up this way, I canโ€™t recommend enough. Quality gym and my go-to when Iโ€™m up here ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿป

A lot of photoshoots coming up, including my own. Itโ€™s been a while since I set myself a proper goal like this outside of getting lean for holidays etc. Iturn 30 this year so why not. Actually canโ€™t wait for the prep, the discipline, and giving myself something to focus on outside of day-to-day work ๐ŸŽฏ

One of my OGs and best mates . We compared his recent check-in with photos from years back. Unreal progress for someone who balances life, socialising and training. Physique is summer readyโ€ฆ and itโ€™s only February โ˜€๏ธ

New hybrid client already 5KG down. A brilliant start and a great addition to the team ๐ŸŽฏ

recently received her Randox MOT results showing a huge improvement in metabolic age. Massive progress beyond just physique and exactly what long-term health and performance is about ๐Ÿ’‰
