What a wonderful afternoon we had today โ€” so many ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐š๐œ๐ž๐ฌ , including some ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ who joined us all the way from Armagh City and Bleary! ๐Ÿ’› Itโ€™s amazing to see our wee club growing and spreading the word.

A special welcome to Jordan, one of the garden centreโ€™s Thursday volunteers, whoโ€™s now officially part of our group! ๐ŸŽถ He brought his musical magic today and kept the tunes flowing as our DJ โ€” the craic and banter were top notch
As the tea was poured and sandwiches disappeared, talk turned to Christmas (of course!) and weโ€™ve made some exciting plans! ๐ŸŒŸ

Of course, no wet film day is complete without the essentials โ€” piping hot soup, oceans of tea and coffee, sweets, crisps, buns, popcorn and ice-cream galore. ๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿฐโ˜• If anyone went home hungry, weโ€™ll assume they took a thump from ๐–๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ƒ๐š๐ง๐š๐ก๐ž๐ซ and forgot their appetite! ๐Ÿ˜†

The result? A joyful, moving, and uplifting show that celebrates community, friendship, and the power of creative expression.

Portadown Wellness Centre is a caring and compassionate organisation that provides support and empowerment to both men and women in Portadown and the surrounding regions who maybe recovering from mental illness, addiction, physical illness or are perhaps just a little lonely or isolated.

It does this in a holistic way by offering a variety of services that include practical activities, social events, listening spaces and talks and presentations on well-being.

Based at Tavanagh Industrial Estate, 130 Church Street this new initiative will begin on September 2nd.

Among the start up activities in the Centre will be classes in Woodwork, Arts and Crafts, Wood Carving, Furniture Restoration and Upholstery and Yoga.
