Inspired by my experience over a decade listening to Personal Training clients say they loved becoming mums but didn’t love what it did to their bodies; then starting my own family with my wife Jules and seeing first hand the effects two babies within 2 years had on her, “Mummy Makeover” was born. I have a clear goal; to help mums help each other get into the best shape of their lives, both mentally and physically. I'm a man on a mission to steer mums away from the pressurised post baby diet industry. I want to educate mums who are currently struggling with low calorie diets and meal replacement shakes and encourage them to achieve a healthy, happier self through good food and exercise. The Mummy Makeover is not a fitness programme, it is a life programme, realistically designed to accommodate mums everywhere. My 12 week OptiMum program has already worked for hundreds of mums; those with new babies and those with older children.
