I got my two young clients to give me a number of reps to do for tricep dips to challenge me lol so they picked 25 reps so I said if I fail I'll give them a free PT session

After 6 years off from training karzytof came back in January and applied the same nutrition and methods that got him in shape when he trained with me in 2018
