We put our teams creativity to the test and held a Gingerbread House Decorating Competition and the results were amazing! Each team (nurses, doctors, admin and reception) received the same gingerbread house kit and then let their creativity run wild.

Help track flu & respiratory viruses this winter đź©ş

We are participating in the RCGP Research and Surveillance Centre flu-surveillance programme, which supports national monitoring of flu and other respiratory viruses.

As part of this, if you develop flu-like or respiratory symptoms, you may request a free at-home surveillance kit from TakeATestUK. Please use our practice voucher code L81600 when completing your request on their website: https://takeatestuk.com/

The test is straightforward, carried out at home, and helps national public-health teams understand how flu and similar viruses are spreading. All participation is voluntary, and your test results will be returned directly to you.

If your medication is due over the festive period, we are able to issue your prescription earlier for you, up to a maximum of 3 weeks early. 🎄⛄

Please ensure that we receive your request for medication on or before Wednesday 17th December to be guaranteed to have your medication in time for Christmas. This allows for a 72 hour turnaround time for our practice and then turnaround time for your pharmacy to be able to dispense your medication. đź’Š

A polite reminder to our patients

If you, or any of your dependants, have recently had an infection or have been unwell with a condition that may be contagious, please inform us before attending the practice. This enables us to take appropriate precautions and protect vulnerable individuals in our care.

We would also ask that anyone who has been recently unwell consider waiting in their car until called in, to help reduce the risk of infection spreading in the waiting area.

Thank you for your cooperation in supporting a safe environment for all.
