Here are 3 signs you should see an osteopath 👇

1️⃣ Your pain keeps coming back. You stretch, rest, maybe take painkillers… but the pain always returns. This often means the root cause hasn’t been addressed. Osteopathy looks at how your whole body is working together, not just where it hurts.

After the success of the North Somerset Council UK SPF funded 'Menolates' Pilates courses over the last year, we are bringing it back!

The feedback was that people wanted access to these classes again or for those who missed out on spaces last time due to the huge unprecedented popularity.

So, Menolates will be starting 12th May 7-7.45pm at Walnut Grove Studio for 6 weeks at a low cost of £42 for the whole course, payable after reserving your space.

The aim of these courses is to introduce you to various aspects of Pilates and the benefits it can help you with at a time when you may feel less confident with exercise through the menopause - Menolates! And hopefully this will give you the confidence to progress and explore Pilates or other exercise to help you in your journey.

This course is open to anyone - whether you did the previous course and want to revisit it or if you have never done Pilates before and want to see how it can help you then this is for YOU!
