Join Sarah and Jo G for a transformative yoga retreat designed to deepen both your physical and philosophical practice. Enjoy daily arm balance workshops (open to all levels), Primal Flow and Vinyasa Yoga, alongside Yoga Nidra, beach meditations, and inspiring philosophical discussions.  
  
This retreat is perfect for anyone looking to explore the subtler layers of yoga while building strength, confidence, and curiosity in their movement practice.   
  
Drawing from Sarah’s Arm Balance Teacher Training and Jo’s Ashtanga background, we’ll guide you with insight, encouragement, and a sense of play.

Flow Into Flight with Sarah!

Saturday 22nd November 
10:15–11:30am 

Join us for a fun, relaxed, and confidence-building practice designed for anyone looking to strengthen their arm balance skills. 

We’ll move through a series of gentle flows to warm and prepare the parts of the body needed for each arm balance. Then we’ll break down each posture with clear guidance, offering tips and progressions suitable for complete beginners through to more advanced practitioners. 

Expect to explore different props and enjoy optional partnered support to help you work safely and effectively toward each pose. 

Next weekend’s class will feature a strong focus on hip opening and hip-related arm balances, including Flying Pigeon (Eka Pada Galavasana).

Modified Ashtanga Yoga with Molly ✨ 

We’re so excited for this new addition to our Saturday morning class schedule. Join Molly on the mat this weekend for ‘Modified Ashtanga Yoga’ at 10.15-11.30am, Saturday 15th November.  

This class offers a gentle introduction to the Ashtanga method, taught in a progressive way that builds week by week. Together we’ll explore the foundations of the Primary Series, focusing on alignment, safe transitions, and cultivating steady breathwork (ujjayi pranayama) to support the practice. 

Each session layers on a little more, allowing you to grow your practice with confidence and awareness. Alongside the physical postures, we’ll weave in philosophical themes from the yoga tradition, creating space not only for strength and flexibility, but also for reflection and connection beyond the mat. 

Perfect for beginners and anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the Ashtanga system in a supportive and mindful setting. This class will offer a fantastic complement to other Physio Flow classes.

With so many new faces joining us (welcome!), we thought we’d answer a few of our most common questions.
     
 💫 Do I need to be a member to sign up for a class?       
No. You’re very welcome to attend classes on a pay-as-you-go basis and book ad hoc.     
       
💫 Do you offer an intro trial?       
Yes! Enjoy two full weeks of unlimited classes for just £25. This is offered automatically at checkout when you first sign up.      
     
💫 Which classes are suitable for beginners?       
All of our Pilates classes are suitable for all levels, with plenty of options. In yoga, we also offer modifications for everyone, though we recommend avoiding the more dynamic styles (like Vinyasa Flow, Primal Flow, or Seasonal Yoga) until you’ve built a little experience.       
      
💫 Do I need to bring my own mat?       
You’re welcome to bring your own, but we also have studio mats available to borrow free of charge.       
     
💫 Is there parking nearby?       
Yes. We’re based in a business park with plenty of parking outside. It can get busy during weekday hours, so there’s also additional parking available across the road. We also have toilets and a shower room next door.       
       
💫 What is the class size?       
We allow up to 14 students per class, though sessions are not always at full capacity.     
     
💫 What is your class schedule?

We run over 20 Yoga and Pilates classes each week, at a variety of times.       
     
💫 How do I book?       
Bookings open 7 days in advance via our website or the BSport app. The app is simple to use, search “BSport Solutions” in your App Store to download.       
       
💫 Are there any hidden fees?       
No hidden fees! You won’t be charged anything extra when signing up.  Please note: if you cancel within 12 hours of your class, the credit will be lost. Memberships can be cancelled with one month’s notice.       
    
💫 Do you have a community aspect?       
 Absolutely!  Community is the heart of Physio Flow with events, socials and retreats running regularly 🩵.

Studio News!

We’ve got a few updates to share with you…

First, some bittersweet news:
We’re saying a fond farewell (for now!) to Hattie and Sarah M, who are both heading off on exciting travels! We’re absolutely thrilled for them and wish them the most amazing adventures!

Although we’ll miss them, we’re hopeful they’ll return to Physio Flow and we’ll welcome them back with open arms 🤗.

- Hattie’s final ‘Sink Into Sound’: Sunday 30th Nov, 7.00-830pm. Don’t miss this beautiful offering.

- Hattie’s final ‘Flow & Release’: Wednesday 17th Dec, 6-7.00pm (We’ll still be offering a Wednesday yoga class once Hattie departs..stay tuned!).

- Sarah will continue teaching until the end of November, and a huge thank you to Corinne for keeping this class running!

Special Pop-Up Class with Jo ✨ 

‘Flow and Stretch’ 
Friday 7th November 
6:00 – 7:00 pm 

Join Jo in the studio this Friday for a nourishing Flow and Stretch session. 
We’ll begin with a vinyasa yoga flow to warm and energise the body, then move into longer-held stretches to release tension and create space. 

This class will also explore the use of binds to help deepen the asana (posture), enhancing body awareness and refining focus. 

We’ll close the practice with a soothing relaxation and short guided meditation, leaving you grounded and refreshed.

Meet Molly 💕 

We’re thrilled to welcome Molly to our Saturday morning schedule with the addition of Modified Ashtanga Yoga, running every other week. 

Here’s a little about her: 

“Molly qualified as a yoga teacher with Ashtanga Yoga Glastonbury, certified by Yoga Alliance Professionals. Her yoga journey continues to evolve through deep personal practice and dedicated study. Through Ashtanga, she has discovered a path that cultivates both inner stillness and outer strength. 
In her classes, Molly offers a warm, welcoming space that invites students to connect more deeply with themselves through breath, movement, and mindful awareness, both on and off the mat.” 

Sarah first met Molly while she was completing her Ashtanga teacher training in Glastonbury and was instantly drawn to Molly’s infectious energy, positivity and kindness, and knew she would be a perfect fit for our Physio Flow community.  

We are delighted to welcome Molly’s first class on Saturday 15th November, 10:15am-11.30am.
