Mum & Baby Pilates at Physio Flow 🩵

Commencing Weds 18th March
8 week course with 2 week Easter break, running: 18th & 25th March, 1st, 22nd & 29th April, 6th, 13th & 20th May.
Our Mum & Baby Pilates classes are designed to gently support postnatal recovery while allowing you to move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body, all with your baby by your side.
These sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, supporting pelvic floor recovery, and easing common aches associated with pregnancy, birth, feeding, and carrying your baby. Movements are low-impact, mindful, and adaptable, with space to pause, feed, or settle your baby as needed.
- Classes are suitable for mums with babies from 10 weeks old until pre-crawling.
- No previous Pilates experience is required.
- Corinne is a fully trained Pilates teacher and APPI qualified Ante-Natal & Postnatal instructor, ensuring the class is safe, supportive, and tailored specifically to the postnatal body.
A welcoming, relaxed space to move, bond, and connect with other mums. Babies very much included.
Investment: £75.00 for 8 class block (includes one free coffee from cafe) or £10 PAYG (booking in advance required).
