We’re excited to announce that our Friday pop-up classes are back this week! Hosted by a different teacher each time, these practices offer something new and exciting every week. A great way to explore different styles of practice!
Flow and Rest Yoga with Sioned
Friday 6th January, 6.00-7.00pm
A slow flow class combining flow yoga with restorative yoga and deep relaxation. The flow element will involve flowing sequences to warm the body and connect movement with breath. This will be balanced with calming restorative postures and blissful relaxation. You will float off the mat for a peaceful night’s sleep!
Kundalini Yoga with Deborah
Friday 23rd January, 6.00-7.15pm
Kundalini yoga is a very powerful practice for those who want to focus on the more spiritual aspect of yoga. Deborah will support you in your journey and welcomes students of all levels for this beautiful introduction to Kundalini.
Cacao, Meditation and Sound with Natasha
Friday 30th January, 7.00-8.00pm
A heart-led evening of gentle ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, and sound. A welcoming space to slow down, connect and restore.
