Special Classes This Weekend ✨ 

We have a couple of pop-up sessions running this weekend, and we’d love for you to join us: 

Friday 24th April, 6.30-7.45pm 
UNICEF Pilates & Prosecco 
A feel-good Pilates class followed by a glass of Prosecco to unwind and socialise with our community. All funds will be donated to UNICEF, supporting vital work during what continues to be a challenging time across the world. A chance to move, connect, and contribute. 

Saturday 25th April, 10.15-11.30am 
Flow Into Crow 
A dynamic, playful flow designed to build towards Crow Pose. We’ll explore specific warm-ups, techniques and transitions, with plenty of time to experiment and have fun. Suitable for all...whether you’re new to arm balances or looking to develop your practice.

Happy Earth Day 🌍  

Earth Day is a beautiful reminder that this planet we call home is not just where we live, it’s what sustains us. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the soil that grows our food and the nature that calms our minds & restores our soul, are all gifts from the Earth. Yet right now, those gifts are under immense strain 😢.  

Around the world we see the impact of war, pollution and neglect. Conflict scars landscapes and ecosystems. Our rivers and seas struggle under the weight of pollution and sewage. Forests disappear, wildlife declines and the balance of nature becomes more fragile every year. In many ways, Mother Nature is showing us that she is tired….and wouldn’t you be?  

It can feel overwhelming, especially when governments and large institutions don’t move fast enough to protect the planet we all depend on. But Earth Day reminds us of something important…. 

Real change also starts with communities and individuals who care 💚.  

Small actions, when multiplied, create powerful change. Here are a few simple ways we can all help care for the Earth: 

🌱 Reduce what we consume. Buy less, choose second hand and repair what you can. 
♻️ Reuse and recycle wherever possible. 
🚶‍♀️ Walk, cycle or share journeys.  
💧 Be mindful of water, every drop matters. 
🌳 Spend time in nature and help protect the places you love.
🥦 Reduce meat and dairy consumption. Animal agriculture is one of the largest contributors to climate change, so even small reductions can make a meaningful difference. 
🧘 Support mindful living…slowing down and living more consciously benefits both us and the planet. 
💚 Consider giving to environmental charities. Donating or volunteering with organisations that protect nature can have a powerful impact.  

Our studio community is built around connection, awareness and care. The same principles we bring to our practice are exactly what the Earth needs from us too. 

If each of us does a little more to protect it, together we can create a healthier, kinder world for the generations that come after us.

Spring Wellness Half Day Retreat 🌿 

Sunday 17th May, 11:00am-3:00pm 
Physio Flow Studio 

Join Sarah and Aimee for a nourishing half-day retreat designed to help you move, reset and reconnect. 

We’ll begin the day with energy balls and health juice shots, before moving into a Pilates class incorporating small equipment and workshop-style elements to help you deepen and progress your practice. 

We’ll then head out for a gentle walk around the marina, with barista coffees included, offering time to chat, connect and enjoy the fresh air. 

Returning to the studio, you’ll be guided through an energising yoga flow, with options for all levels and the opportunity to explore and progress your Crow Pose, before winding down with restorative yoga and a guided relaxation. 

To finish, we’ll come together for a delicious plant-based brunch, including: 

Homemade granola jars 

Fresh sourdough with avocado & homemade baked beans 

banana loaf 

And a celebratory glass of fizz 🥂 

Investment: £60pp

Thank you, Natasha, for such a beautiful and deeply restorative sound healing experience for our wonderful Physio Flow team. It was so special to have the opportunity to slow down, receive, and be on the other side of the mat!  

Natasha’s sound healing sessions are truly magical, creating a calming space to reset, recharge and reconnect.

We have some very special pop-up classes coming your way over the remainder of April and we’d absolutely love for you to join us! 

These sessions are a great opportunity to try something a little different, with a different teacher, and enjoy even more of what our classes have to offer. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, or simply carve out some time for yourself, there’s something for everyone. 

All of our pop-up classes are designed to be welcoming and accessible, with plenty of guidance throughout so you can feel confident joining in, whatever your level.

Why are our classes so affordable? ✨ 

At Physio Flow, we’re proud to say we are the most affordable yoga and Pilates studio in the area. But affordability never means compromising on quality. 

Our studio is home to a wealth of experience and knowledge. Our teachers are highly trained professionals with backgrounds in physiotherapy, personal training, CrossFit coaching, barre, yoga and Pilates. Many of our instructors teach both yoga and Pilates, giving them a deep understanding of how these practices work together to support strength, mobility and overall wellbeing. 

So why do we keep our prices so accessible? 

Because we truly believe that health and wellness should be available to everyone. Our mission has always been to create a welcoming space where people of all ages and abilities can move, connect and feel supported, regardless of income. We have memberships for everyone!

We’re excited to share our next batch of pop-up classes, starting with Kundalini Yoga next Friday 🙏.

Kundalini Yoga with Deborah 
Friday 27th March, 6.30-7.45pm 

This Kundalini yoga class will focus on stimulating and balancing the glandular system, with particular attention on the pituitary gland, often called the master gland because of its influence on the body’s hormonal system. Through movement and meditation we’ll gently stimulate this gland, helping to calm the nervous system and support balance throughout the body. In yogic teachings, the pituitary is closely connected with the third eye chakra, the centre of intuition, clarity, and inner awareness.

Pilates and Prosecco Fundraiser with Sarah  💕

As yoga and wellbeing practitioners, we feel it’s important and incredibly relevant to acknowledge the suffering happening in the world. While suffering has always existed, it has recently intensified affecting countless innocent lives, especially children. 
Though we may feel there is little we can do, recognising this pain and cultivating love is an essential part of our practice. 

In response, Sarah will be hosting a fundraising event to support UNICEF and help children in need. We invite our community to come together in compassion and action.
