Mum and Baby Pilates commences next Weds 18th March!

Mum & Baby Pilates at Physio Flow 🩵

Wednesdays 11.15-12.00pm
Commencing Weds 18th March

8 week course with 2 week Easter break, running: 18th & 25th March, 1st, 22nd & 29th April, 6th, 13th & 20th May.

Our Mum & Baby Pilates classes are designed to gently support postnatal recovery while allowing you to move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body, all with your baby by your side.

These sessions focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, supporting pelvic floor recovery, and easing common aches associated with pregnancy, birth, feeding, and carrying your baby. Movements are low-impact, mindful, and adaptable, with space to pause, feed, or settle your baby as needed.

- Classes are suitable for mums with babies from 10 weeks old until pre-crawling.

- No previous Pilates experience is required.

- Corinne is a fully trained Pilates teacher and APPI qualified Ante-Natal & Postnatal instructor, ensuring the class is safe, supportive, and tailored specifically to the postnatal body.

A welcoming, relaxed space to move, bond, and connect with other mums. Babies very much included.

Investment: £75.00 for 8 class block (includes one free coffee from cafe) or £10 PAYG (booking in advance required).

Step into something new with this special pop-up class blending the strength and control of Pilates with the elegance of ballet-inspired barre. Designed as a gentle introduction, this session will guide you through graceful standing sequences, core and glute strengthening, and flowing mat work…sprinkling in elements of ballet while staying grounded in Pilates principles.  
  
You’ll leave feeling lengthened, stronger, and a little more lifted, inside and out.

What is Strength Pilates? 
Strength Pilates blends traditional Pilates principles with targeted strength training to build muscle, improve stability and enhance overall body awareness. Expect controlled, low-impact movements using bodyweight and resistance to challenge your core, glutes, legs, and upper body. 

This class is perfect if you want to feel stronger, more toned and more confident in your movement...all while maintaining the principles of Pilates.

A huge thank you to the lovely group who joined us at Holwell Holistic Retreat for a gorgeous weekend of classes and workshops as we prepared for the start of spring 🌸.  

We enjoyed Yoga and Pilates, nourishing vegan food, relaxing in the sauna overlooking the green fields, gathering around the fire pit, sunny countryside walks, and plenty of chats and giggles around the dinner table. It truly was a wholesome and restorative weekend with our Physio Flow community in a beautiful setting. 

A special thank you to Sarah, Helen and Jo for hosting, cooking and teaching throughout the weekend. A big thank you to Cafe Marina and for the delicious salads, soups and vegan quiches…and a special thanks to Lynette for the blissful massages 🥰.

We absolutely love spending time with our community and can’t wait to host more events soon 💕🙏

Yin Yoga & Meditation 💕 

We’re delighted to introduce a beautiful new class offering at Physio Flow…starting this weekend! 

Running every other Sunday: 
10:30-11.30am with Pippa 
Included in memberships or Pay As You Go 

If you’ve never tried Yin Yoga before, here’s what to expect: 

Yin Yoga involves holding postures for longer periods (typically 3 minutes or more), allowing the body to relax deeply into each shape. Unlike more dynamic ‘yang’ styles of yoga that focus on muscular effort, Yin works gently with the connective tissues, including fascia and ligaments. 

The practice encourages passive, supported holds, often using props to help you feel comfortable and at ease. The session finishes with calming meditation, leaving you feeling grounded, restored and rebalanced. 

If you enjoy slow, nourishing, restorative movement…this class is for you!  

New students are always welcome 🤗

Welcome to the team, Lowri 🩵 

We’re thrilled to welcome Lowri to our teaching team, who will be guiding Friday 7.15am ‘Rise and Flow’ Yoga from March.  

Lowri has been practicing yoga for five years, making it an essential part of her weekly routine. Last year, she deepened her journey by completing her 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training, exploring the history, pranayama, and philosophy of yoga.  

Her passion for growth and guiding others shines both on and off the mat, and we can’t wait for you to experience Lowri’s classes at Physio Flow!

Dear Physio Flow community. We’d like to share a few updates with you.

Firstly, we’re sad to say goodbye to Molly who will be stepping away from teaching (for now) to focus on other comittments. We have absolutely loved welcoming Ashtanga to the studio, and she will be very much missed. Molly will teach her last class on Saturday 14th March and hopes to see you there!

As you might know, Marie will be reducing her classes to focus on an exciting new project. Therefore, Re and Jo S will swap their evening classes to offer the following (from March):
Wed 6pm Slow Flow Yoga with Marie
Thu 6.30pm Yang to Yin Yoga with Jo S

We’re also pleased to introduce Lowri who will be taking over Friday 7.15am ‘Rise and Flow’ Yoga from March.
