As I often say in class (normally while counting very badly 😂)…

Pilates wasn’t always called Pilates.
Joseph Pilates called it Contrology, and after he passed away in 1967, the name Pilates stuck.

A little reminder that it’s never about perfection — it’s about control, connection, and moving well.

Happy February!

January was a tough one! Emotionally heavy for so many of us and it felt like a really long month! 🤗

Thankfully it feels like spring is in the air and …..
