From starting out in Admin to leading her own team as Recruitment Business Partner for our care and nursing homes, Lauren’s journey has been nothing short of inspiring .

Over the last decade, her commitment and leadership have made a real impact across our range of comprehensive care services.

Under Lauren’s expert guidance, vacancy hours have dropped significantly, and her positive, supportive energy lifts everyone around her.

Lauren’s colleagues describe her as knowledgeable , approachable , and always ready to help .

Her infectious motto, “too blessed to be stressed,” perfectly captures her upbeat spirit and the atmosphere she creates within her team.
