With a heart for people and a passion for making every day meaningful, Matt leads the Cheriton team with warmth, kindness and dedication.

We’re excited to unveil Agincare’s New Children's Residential Services and we’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to be part of the journey 👀

Agincare is proud to launch this new venture, dedicated to supporting children with autism, learning disabilities, EBD, SEMH and complex needs. Our first homes in Wimborne and Salisbury will open in early 2026, providing a safe, caring and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Are you passionate about making a real difference?
We’re hiring Support Workers from £14.50–£15.50 p/h, depending on experience and NVQ Level 3 - we’ll support you with free training to achieve this qualification if you do not have this already 🙂.

As a Support Worker with Agincare, you will:

💙 Help children with daily routines

💙 Encourage learning and personal development

💙 Support them in building independence and confidence

💙 Assist with school drop-offs

💙 Create moments of joy and celebrate every achievement
