Verrucas are a very clever virus.. and my lovey client suffered with a few across both feet!

With a great attitude and persistence from the client and a regular debridement from sessions .. we’ve done it!! Really pleased 😀

For those corns inter digitally, Otoform is a bespoke mouldable putty which can offload the area and prevent the build up of callus causing the corn! New to me but proving very efficient already 🤩

Pain free today! A very satisfied client yesterday who is able to walk as usual again today 😁

Ingrown toenails.. if you’ve ever suffered one then you’ll know just how much pain a small spike of nail can create!

Don’t be tempted to cut nails back short in the corner as you are then giving the nail the opportunity to grow up into the skin/ leave a small slither of nail which surprisingly causes huge discomfort.

By using a blacksfile I can shave the nail away from the edge allowing it to glide up and not puncture the surrounding tissue 😁

A polite notice that due to the increasing costs out of my control there will be a small increase to the services I provide.

I don’t like to do this whilst everything else is going up but with costs and experience gained I am going to be charging £28.

A year ago today I began my new profession and I have enjoyed it so much more than I anticipated! It might be a small difference I’m making but it’s a very rewarding one!

I’m at a position that I have very few spaces for new clients as my lovely regulars keep me busy 😁

I appreciate all the kindness, recommendations and friendships made along the way 🤩

A very proud moment for me as I’ve been studying hard the past year! For 5 years I’ve worked in a residential care home and loved every moment of bringing them comfort and happiness, I realised how important foot health care is and how much it’s a needed occupation as there a very few that do this!

When I was a child I’d always cream my nans feet because I knew how much she enjoyed it as she wasn’t able to do this herself and whilst my step father was ill I’d trim and file his nails! I guess I just don’t mind feet when a lot of people do! 😂😄
