AN EVENING SAUNA WITH FRIENDS

We booked out some time and met at the sauna - it’s the only place to meet!

We all rocked up like groupies in our Island Sauna merch.

Clare bought vegan treats of rich chocolate + joy, puffed quinoa + dates and we washed it down with tangy kombucha - raising toasts to friendship + travel + sauna , of course.

It was sooo welcome to ignore the clock and sink into our bodies natural rythmn and before long we had whiled away a couple of beautiful hours between a lovely high tide , barrel plunges + the fresh salty air.

The group chat buzzed with praise + celebration as we returned home and I rate this crew so much .

Bespoke saunas are the biz .

☀️ SWING + SWEAT ☀️

There’s a reason SWING + SWEAT is one of our absolute sell out fave events .

It might be the real deal , Walks Her Talk instructor.

It might be the getting outdoors in the early morning light, in the fresh sea air, thing.

It might be that this dynamic, full-body workout challenges both body and mind .

It might be the controlled movements and explosive strength that feel fantastic .

It might be that the results are an increase in mental clarity, increased lean muscle mass , boosted cardiovascular health, focus and confidence .

Or it might just be you fancy getting amongst a great group of people in your PE kit on a Saturday , followed by a simple sweat in our sauna.

Either way , we have a couple of rare spots coming up.

🧡 SOUNDBATH & SAUNA RITUAL 🧡

Last evening was perfect .

We gathered as dusk fell on the February New Moon and placed our intentions and dreams mindfully into the steam.

We sat back held by the walls of the heavy wood sauna and allowed the birch leaf whisks and sound to guide as home.

The wind whistled outside as we used sea salt scrubs laced with geranium, calendula, lavender and gorse. All of Natures gifts .

We washed and cleansd and laughed together leaving us feeling lighter and bright and happy and free.

The evening closed in stillness and hope as we said our goodbyes over homemade sticky ginger cake and sleepy teas .

IT’S GREAT TO BE HOME

After a really sunny , incredibly nourishing holiday in the sun - we are back on Portland and feeling GOOD.

RESTED + READY + GRATEFUL to our crew for caring for the sauna and all our guests in some challenging weather conditions.

A LITTLE BIT OF LOVE
.. for the incredible & all the beautiful souls who shared their time, energy and hearts with us yesterday.
Amidst the elements & guided expertly & intuitively by Nick, we returned home to ourselves and all was well with the world.
There’s a reason awarded Nick the UKs Best Sauna Practitioner and yesterday we felt the LOVE.
