I wanted to share this to you as Sam attends my Portland group.

I am so proud of what she has acheived and it has helped her to make that decision to become a consultant herself.

Slimming World changed my life — now I’m ready to help others change theirs 💕

May I have great pleasure in sharing the fabulous Pippa's story .
I am so proud to e her consultant and what an amazing transformation.

When I first joined Slimming World just over 3 years ago never in my wildest dreams did I imagine i would loose 6 stone, keep it off for 2 years, be asked to do photo shoots and be appearing in national news papers like today's Sun 😮🙌 I couldnt have done any of it without the continued support from my local group and amazing consultant Karen's Slimming World Groups Portland and Wyke ❤️

Busy day in our house today...
35 meals cooked divided and popped in the freezer. Along with our Slimming World kitchen boxes we are set for the next month or so.
8 x chilli,
8 x mild coconut and chicken curry
8 x spinach and tomato curry
And 11 sphaghett bolognaise.

Thank you to Mr Dusty Miller for doing all that cooking ....

Well I am so proud of my groups this month.
They have been amazing as always and have lost an amazing 331.5lb
Or 23st 9.5lb

Monday at 5.so and 7pm
Lost 190lb or 13st 8lb
Also 4 memeber reached their target goal
And total loss of 14st 7.5lb

Tuesday 9am and 10.30
Lost 10st 1.5lb

Also 3 members acheived target goal
At 8st 7.5lb

I also gave our across both groups
2xhalf st
3x1st
2x1.5st
5x 2st
1x 2.5st
1x3st
1x3.5st
1x4.5st
1x6st.

7 new target member
And 4 club 10.

Which is amazing.
I am so proud of them all.
