Busy Day in the Miller household..
Bit of batch cooking going on along with dinner for this evening...
Which is a gammon joint in the slow cooker.
So a jiffy chicken jalfrezi,
And a thai red chicken curry which we had originally from our Slimming World kitchen box. Double the ingredients and got 10 portions from each at just over 300gm .
Just rainbow rice to go with it and a fabulous free meal.
