Wow.. what an atmosphere. We were so proud of each and every one of you that attended. You brought the Christmas spirit and it was such a good vibe ❤️

🎄P T F XMAS PARTY 🎄

Saturday 27th December 🗓️

Not only do we know how to train hard, we know how to party hard 🕺🏻💃🏻

We welcome all our lovely members to join us for a post Christmas celebration(+1’s are more than welcome) ❣️

We begin with a little feast at our neighbours next door - Portland pizza from 5pm. Lining our stomachs with their new festive menu which sounds incredible 🤩

We then take our celebrations upstairs to Riptide Espresso who are hosting us for drinks(of all kinds..😜) with a bar, music and the best sweet treats ready to fuel dancing 🎅🏼

We would love to see as many of you as possible ❤️

CHRISTMAS EVE GROUP FINALE ⛄️🎅🏼

We are welcoming all members(regardless of which membership you are on) to join us on Christmas Eve for the best class you’ve ever seen.. 🤪

We will be starting at 6am and finishing by 9am. Stay with us for as long(or as little) as you like. We have all PT’s in to keep you on your toes and to have some festive fun to celebrate an amazing year ❤️

What sounds better than a 3 hour full body workout?(obviously nothing!)

Ps - Christmas hats and full Christmas spirits are COMPULSORY 🎅🏼🤶🏻 extra points however for full fancy dress..

Finishing our small group PT session with..

ITS CHRISTMASSSS 🎄🎄🎄

The dancing was absolutely on point 👏🏼🥳

Supporting our clients throughout this period(and always). Christmas brings happiness and joy but it’s also a tough time for a lot of people and we are incredibly proud to be people’s safe space during that.
