Supporting our clients throughout this period(and always). Christmas brings happiness and joy but it’s also a tough time for a lot of people and we are incredibly proud to be people’s safe space during that.

The gym will be closed this coming Saturday ❌

No classes or open gym sessions this SATURDAY(29/12) only -

Very important and exciting training will be underway.. 🥳

Our Poppy will be visiting Birmingham for her Pilates assessment 🙌🏼
