This picture says it all 🙏💕 Jay Loved these lil ladies and my son as his own. There was no difference made but unfortunately now my girls and son have been shown in a massive way that they aren’t accepted. Something Jay never wanted because they had already come from a place that they felt unwanted.
The love he showed towards them and the respect he had for me as their mum will never go unforgotten 💙💕💕🫶🏻🙏 missing you everyday best Dad and Husband.

I have Learned no one will really rescue you.

A friend is a friend when only when it is a two way street.

Saying you care and showing that you care are separate.

Most people like to see you fail or try to help it happen.

Death changes how you really see people.

Genuine people don’t treat you like an option.

It’s who shows up for you is who matters.

People who support people who hate you aren’t your people.

Everyone thinks they can have an opinion on your life but wait until you have one on theirs.

Standing up for yourself and speaking out isn’t Toxic its protecting your peace.

Invest in who invests in you and keep rising. ✨💫🙏💕

Trying to do DIY myself without the big guy 🙏💙 I laid this down myself (yes own my own)💪🏻 as we had planned this year to start tidying up the interior!! Unfortunately I don’t have my Mr fix it or make it better again! But when I stood up the kids stood around me and said how proud Daddy would have been that I managed it alone. ( prob of made a few jokes and wind ups as i did it 😂💙)
But its these small achievements that teach me that although I don’t have him by my side he taught me that I could do anything I put my mind to 💙💙🙏😊 💙💙💙😇

A year ago to the day I married my bestest friend, my rock and my biggest supporter. I love this picture because he said on the way out ‘told ye 24 years ago I would marry you💕💕 ‘! His tragic accident will never fade from our memories! how it really does mean each day counts because tomorrow we really dont know what it will bring. I will always be thankful that he chose me and gave me the best memories including our beautiful girl. The love he had for all the children and me never went unnoticed.
We were supposed to be celebrating our 1st anniversary as man and wife but sadly I will never have that opportunity to share this with him.
From the man himself his quote ‘ you were my first love and always be my last’ 🙏🙏💙💙💙💙💕💕

Psychology learns us to look forward look at the bigger picture. But the pictures we see of ourselves can hide the tears, the sadness and the lonliness.

This is me last Sunday ready for dinner with my girl but shortly before this I was giving up, Sundays were a day I spent with the people I loved most. The main person is permanently unavailable now sadly in the arms of the angels 🙏💙.
But he taught me to look around and see what I still have to live for which is the kids and myself💕💕.
Here I am grateful for the great times we did have and still love visiting our favourite sunday lunch spot which was the Ramore. So I put my big girl shoes on and decided that the show must go on for the kids sake 🙏🙏💙💙 big hugs to the man above!!

Today this little lady is off for her first pair of school shoes. Her Daddy chatted about this even in January when we got her acceptance letter to P1. He was soo excited about it his face lit up when he saw her little name on the letter 💙💕!

This picture is monumental because right there that moment we would have been enjoying a holiday of a lifetime. Just like today it may appear to a minority that its nothing big but everything that happens day to day is important to us because tragically our Rock, our fun loving important person isnt here to share it with us.

Sunday January 26th will forever be our worst day one we wont forget. I dread the next time we are ever left with no electric because it was the root cause that we are where we are all because Jay hated the kids going without and always wanted to save the day!😓💙💙

Everyone likes to make conspiracies as to what they percieve. But they are not the ones left with the trauma and 4 year old girl having all her firsts without her main man by her side. Older kids hearts breaking because he was their best friend.

But I know Jay has our backs and he is always by our sides each day 💙💙💙🙏

Ever have a real bad day one where you wish those giving you a hard time would come wear your shoes for the day. Or perhaps they end up falling into a hole full of the crap their throwing at you just so they cant back the hell off?

I have had many believe me and since going through the roughest time of my life its revealed a lot to me. Life is as unfair as you let it be to you, you make your own luck sometimes, not everyone can be trusted and wait for it the biggest one …..
There are always going to be people who feel they know enough about you to spread gossip or jump to conclusions as to what is happening in your life.

Support who supports you, love back who shows you love, be grateful for being able to wake up and see another day, be ok with not feeling ok.

Listen to your body if your tired rest, if your feeling low - talk to someone and if your angry take a walk it will be better when you get back.
