A Safe Place
SUMMER HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
This summer at A Safe Place, we’re offering a supportive and engaging holiday programme designed to nurture children’s mental health and well-being.
In a safe, caring environment, children will have the opportunity to build resilience, grow in self-confidence, and develop healthy coping skills they can carry with them every day. Through guided activities, we’ll explore mindfulness, understanding emotions, and positive ways to manage stress and anxiety.
We’ll also gently introduce conversations around social media—helping children to build awareness, confidence, and a healthy relationship with the online world.
Our aim is to create a space where every child feels heard, valued, and empowered to be themselves while learning tools to thrive emotionally and socially.
I am a qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England) and a Mental Health Practitioner with experience in CAMHS.
I also hold an enhanced DBS.
