So often, we carry this quiet belief that our spiritual growth will unfold when life finally gives us space.

We imagine that peace, awakening, or clarity will come only when the noise quiets down, when we have uninterrupted mornings, retreats in the mountains, or long hours of meditation.

But life rarely offers those perfect conditions. The bills need paying. Responsibilities pull us in directions we didn’t plan. And in those moments, frustration whispers that we are falling behind in our spiritual work.

You cannot fall behind on your own journey.

The journey is not something that waits for you once the distractions are over. The distractions are the journey.

Every challenge, every interruption, every detour is a part of the curriculum of your soul.

When your patience is tested, you are being shaped.

When you feel resistance, you are being shown where love has more room to grow.

When you’re forced to let go of your carefully laid plans, you’re being invited to surrender to something greater.

The divine does not live only in stillness, incense, or prayer, the divine lives in the messy, unpolished moments too. The arguments. The exhaustion. The uncertainty. All of it can be the sacred ground if you choose to see it that way.

Shift from ‘How do I keep life from getting in the way of my practice?’

To

‘How is life itself becoming my practice?’

Your spiritual journey doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s. It doesn’t need to be flawless or uninterrupted. It only needs to be lived, fully, honestly, courageously.

And maybe the deepest awakening comes not when life finally slows down, but when you realise you never had to step away from it to begin with.

Wow! What a brilliant evening we shared at our Divine Feminine gathering ✨

Myself and Angelic Whispers 26 had such a wonderful time hosting for our members.

I was so honoured to introduce the Lyrans to our group for the very first time. The Lyrans are found within the Lyra constellation with the bright star Vega shining at its heart. The Lyrans themselves are often described as majestic, feline-humanoid beings who carry the ancient frequencies of courage, sovereignty, creation, and heart-led wisdom.

I guided us through a meditation journey into Lyra. Each of us was met by their loving presence, and a Lyran Elder stepped forward to share gifts of clarity and activation.

What moved me most was the openness of the group and the extraordinary feedback afterwards. Some actually feeling their presence in the room with them 😍The experiences shared were beyond anything I had imagined , deeply personal, healing, and truly phenomenal.

We left feeling inspired and empowered, remembering our worth, carrying golden light codes woven into our hearts.

Thank you to our beautiful group for arriving with such open hearts.

Thank you to the Lyrans for your love, wisdom, and courage.

I feel honoured, blessed, heart full, and soul so very happy. 💛

This Virgo new moon is a quiet but powerful reset. Softening into the truth that small, intentional choices can shift everything. Virgo reminds us that how we move through the little things making tea, answering messages, tending to our bodies, creates the rhythm of our lives.

This moon might bring up the old stories of not being enough, of needing to prove your worth through productivity or control. Instead of chasing that impossible perfection, what if this was the moment to release it?

To trust that devotion to your own well-being, done gently and consistently, is worth more than a spotless checklist.

Your body will be speaking loudly under this sky. Tune in to your Solar Plexus. What are you holding that you can’t digest anymore, physically, emotionally, mentally?

Pay attention to what feels heavy, and what feels nourishing. This is a time to clear out what clogs your system, so life can move through you with more ease.

At your heart. Where are you being of service but not service that depletes you. This new moon asks:

how can you give in a way that feels alive, not draining? What if showing up with presence and care, rather than with exhaustion or resentment, was the real offering?

The energy here isn’t flashy, but it’s potent. It’s the kind of shift that happens when you decide to treat your daily rituals as sacred, your body as wise, and your imperfections as part of your wholeness.

This is the reset that whispers, not shouts. It asks for gentleness, honesty, and a willingness to believe that the smallest adjustments can open the biggest doors.

Be honest with yourself…

That racing heart.

The sleepless nights.

The ache in your chest when no one’s around.

The constant loop of anxiety that never seems to shut up.

You’ve tried to brush it off. “I’m just stressed. I’ll be fine.”

But your body knows the truth.

Anxiety isn’t random.

It’s your Root & Solar Plexus begging:

“I don’t feel safe. I don’t know who I am. Please, stop ignoring me.”

That heaviness in your chest?

It’s not just tiredness. It’s your Heart screaming:

“I’ve carried too much grief. I can’t keep pretending I’m okay. I want to be free.”

The migraines, gut pain, exhaustion?

They’re not “just part of life.” They’re your Brow & Sacral chakras throwing up flares:
“Stop swallowing your truth. Stop pushing down the pain. Heal me.”

This is your body writing you a letter in symptoms.

And you’ve been throwing it in the bin.

If your body told a story…

A headache wouldn’t just be pain, it would be a message.

A whisper from your Brow Chakra saying, “You’re overloaded. You’ve forgotten to trust.”

Headaches are often the body’s way of saying:

“Too much is going on in your mind, and your circuits are overloading.”

When you push beyond your limits, when you try to control life too tightly, when you strive for perfection or feel like you must “hold it all together” the pressure builds.

Eventually, the mind protests with pain.

But healing a headache isn’t just about the head.

It’s about balance.

The Brow Chakra reminds you to pause and ask:

"Am I listening to my intuition or just trying to meet expectations?"

The Throat Chakra asks:

"Am I expressing my truth or swallowing my feelings?"

The Solar Plexus asks:

"Am I holding onto control because I don’t feel safe to surrender?"

The Heart whispers:

"Am I giving myself love and space to rest?"

Remember,

A headache is a nudge to realign with yourself.

Listen to the body’s story, it always tells the truth.

Wow, wow, wow…

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of sharing the beautiful energy of Rahanni Celestial Healing Practitioner Level 1 with this beautiful being.

This experience has been nothing short of powerful. We’ve been surrounded and supported by such divine presences, Kwan Yin, Marcus, Helios and Vesta, Phylos, Mother Mary, Dr. Lorfan, Lord Melchizedek and so many more that graced us with their light and wisdom. The room was truly alive with celestial love.

After having some time off to recalibrate, integrate and rejuvenate, I am back working providing energy healing (in person and via video call) with existing and new clients.

Feeling emotional as I write this…

Some experiences are beyond words and this weekend was one of them.

What an incredible, high-energy journey shared with these two beautiful souls as they stepped into their Angelic Reiki Master Practitioner degree.

We learned to work with angelic blessing grids, deepened our connection with our soul group, and so much more. It was a weekend of empowerment, and love.

Olivia, the animals you care for are truly blessed to have you as their advocate and healer. I can’t wait to see where your path takes you next.

Peter, a pure and gentle soul. Anyone who comes into your healing space is going to receive so much light, love, and true support.

You both hold such a special place in my heart.
