You know that word triggers?

Last week I was triggered by someone who is ment to be a good person in my life,
I struggled to sleep, my aura and energy felt horrible, my energy was depleted. I really believe it made me feel unwell, being triggered can happen just by a voice tone, a certain look, often the person who triggers us isn’t the problem. They are hitting on a nerve, an old wound from the past,
Our triggers can act like spiritual messages.
Take a little time what is the message behind this horrible uncomfortable feeling?
For me I recognise that I still have difficulty in speaking and standing up for myself when needed and that is okay to simply say to the person, what you said made me feel this way, please don’t do that again! I do believe that our triggers can be a deeper part of the souls journey and taking time out for ourselves even if it’s just an hour, can create space for healing to take place. Many clients I see find it really difficult to let go of relationships, when there partner has checked out of the relationship!
It’s such a difficult challenging time, sadly it’s something we all go through.
Many people would rather hold onto a relationship that has run its course. And I absolutely get that!
I stayed in an unhealthy relationship for 11years, we think we loved each other, did we? Or was we scared to let go!!
Scared of what. Change maybe.
I truly believe that if we can really let go, then boom . What right for you, us will have the space to come right in!
