I don't know about you, but I love external guidance sometimes, especially when it's guided by Creator (universe, God, Source). I also know that talking to someone, having someone guide your thinking with good questions, love and acceptance and a different perspective to your own, is also SO helpful.

How lovely to have a stop-smoking client contact you a month later to say thank you and they haven't touched a cigarette since the session. We don't follow up with these clients because we don't want to remind them of their old habit!! And to get a text out of the blue is a gift!
