This weeks Crystal focus is Celestite.

This beautiful light blue gemmy crystal helps you to connect with the Angelic realms.

Celestite is a high vibration crystal, and if placed in a room will help to diffuse and stale or negative energy. Its great for calming your mind, and helping to reduce your fears. This crystal can help with sleep, and recalling dreams.

I like to use this crystal on the crown chackra, just above the top of the head, to help you connect with the Angelic realms and with spirit. But feel free to use it wherever feels right for you.

Celestite is a very gentle crystal, but at the same time, has a strong connection with the Angels. Angels are gentle, but all bring you strength when you need it.

Celestite is great too for boosting your creativity, and helping you find inspiration to create.

Celestite as a crystal is quite delicate, especially in its raw form, as seen in the pictures. This is because its matrix, (the rocky bit that crystals grow from) is very sandy and soft, and do has to be handed gently. Its best to use a tumblestone version of this crystal if you wish to carry it with you. Also remember not to use water to cleanse, as this can dissolve the soft sandy matrix, and can damage the form of your crystal.

Celestite is often found in geode form, and in the shape of eggs, you can see this in one of the pictures. Eggs are a symbol of new life and new beginings, so this crystal is perfect to assist you with new projects, and making new starts, all while knowing you are supported by the Angels too, how lovely!

Use some Celestite when you meditate to help you further your connection with spirit.

Hello everyone!

I hope you have all had a good couple of weeks.

Today's message comes from the Ogham. Today's stave is Apple.

Apple represents choosing all that is beneficial for ourselves. Choosing what is right for you, and living fully though each day. Do whats right for you, right now. Wear the crazy coloured outfit, play the cheesy music loud have fun and enjoy yourself. No one knows what tomorrow brings, all we know is now.

Apple reminds us of the bounty and beauty that is around us, in all forms, its a time to be grateful for all that we have, not necessarily in a materialistic way, but in otherways too. Such as the people around us, friends and family, our health, and our ability to get out in to nature.

Apple says to us to take time out to rest, recharge and to notice the little things. Sometimes we are so busy we forget to take time to smell the roses, or in this case taste the apple!

What is it that you enjoy? Make some time to do it! It will make you feel so much better. Its great for your mental health, as well as helping you to switch off, and change your focus to something positive, especially if you are over thinking something.

I have paired Apple with Citrine. The crystal of abundance. Put one in your pocket, or think of it often, it will be a reminder to you to think of all you are greatful for.

Hello everyone.

I hope you are all doing well.

This week I have chosen to look at a couple of Crystals that can help with confidence and self esteem.

I will share a little about why I chose these. I had a conversation the other day that really triggered me. It was not so much the content of the conversation, more my perception of how I was spoken to. It really upset me, and took me by superise. It really knocked the confidence out of me, especially as the conversation was with someone who I respect, and look to for guidance and advice.

I'm sharing this because a number of people who I know, have been triggered by things recently, and this can make you, feel every unsettled, upset and hurt. I found that I really started to doubt myself and my abilities.

Thats where these two beauties come in! Organge Calcite and Tigers Eye! These crystals help to boost our confidence, as well as helping us to see that we are valuable, and important. They link in to the Solar plexus chackra, (which is between the bottom of your rib cage, and just above your belly button) the Solar plexus chackra is where our confidence, self esteem and personal power can be influenced. By using theses crystals to help balance your solar plexus, brings you back in to alignment back in to your power, and back to feeling more like your self.

Set up a small crystal grid in a place in your home where you can see it every day, and as you walk past it say to yourself "I am powerful" this will keep the intention of the grid going.

You can carry the crystals with you through out the day, or you can relax and meditate while holding or placing the crystal on the chakra position.

I hope this helps you to feel a bit more settled. Its a tricky time for all, but you are doing great! Keep smiling!!

Hello everyone!

Today I felt guided to share with you, Desert Jasper, but is sometimes called Polychrome Jasper. There are many types of jasper, but I felt this one was a good one to look at! Its the crystal that I have had in my pocket for the last couple of days.

Desert Jasper comes from Madagascar, and is a relatively new discovery in the crystal world. First discovered about 10 years ago whilst miners were looking for other forms of jasper! Its often called Desert Jasper due to its "sandy" colours of browns, reds and beige. The colouration is caused buy iron.

As you can see from the pictures, every single Desert Jasper is unique in its patterns, I think thays really cool too! Desert Jasper is associated with Leo star sign, apt for righr now with Lions Gate coming to an end!

Desert Jasper is a great crystal for helping you to ground, but in a very gentle way, so is great for helping you gently settle back down if you are feeling a little unsettled.

This stone really helps those that are feeling a tad stressed out, as it helps to rebalance all chakras, bringing you back in to balance.

Like all grounding crystals, Desert Jasper has a deep connection to Mother Nature, just take a moment to really look at the colours and patterns in the stone, and you will soon be transported to the rolling hills, streams an lakes in your minds eye. A great crystal to use in your meditations too.

For me I find Desert Jasper very calming and mellow, and it helps me to relax. Other people find it uplifting and energising! Let me know in the comments how it makes you feel!

Hello everyone, I trust that you are all well.

This week I felt guided to create a grid to help us through the Lions Gate Portal.

The Lions Gate Portal is an astrological event when the Sun is in the star sign of Leo, the star Sirius and the Earth line up, bringing with it lots of positive vibrations and positive energy.

The energy peaks on the 8th of the 8th, although there is still high levels of energy for a couple of weeks either side as the stars align.

Think of the symbolism of the Lion, brave, courageous and strong. Think of the lion from the Wizard of Oz, he finds his courage, by following his heart, find your Rooarrrrr!

Its a time to set intentions, and for manifesting. Its a time for you to stand up for who you are, your beliefs, and a time to celebrate your unique gifts! Its a time to connect to the greater power of the universe as a whole, and with your heightened awareness, to become aware of messages, signs or dream stories that will help and guide you forward. Its a time to just be and absorb the positive energy.

The energy can at times be overwhelming, so remember to take time out to relax, reflect and ground your self. You may wish to write down how you feel in a journal, so that you can remember your thoughts of this time. You may become aware of new opportunities coming your way, or may feel that you no longer resonate with certain situations, or things, or people you once did. Thats ok too, as its all part of helping you to raise your own frequency.

This grid I have created, is based on the Vesica Piscis symbol, which looks like the number 8 on its side.(perfect for the Lions Gate on the 8th of the 8th!) Its a symbol that represents creation, growth and the Universe.

Its great to use for setting intentions and watching them grow, and for helping you when starting new projects or stages of life. Use the grid as an inspiration to create your own, or just focus on the image in your mind to bring you back to the present moment.

I have used, Tigers Eye for creativity and self confidence, Citrine to create abundance, Carnelion to boost energy, and Clear Quartz to bring it all together and boost the combined powers of the crystals.

Just something else I feel guided to share, something that I felt rang true.. if you are always worrying about what's going to happen to you next, you forget to enjoy the moment that you are in now!

Just enjoy every moment.

Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing ok.

This weeks message comes from the Ogham Hazel, and Kunzite.

Hazle brings to the forefront the need to be creative. Being creative helps to lift your mind, body and spirit. Being creative takes many forms, such as gardening, baking or cooking, painting, drawing, colouring in, writing, journaling, poetry, singing...the list goes on! Its a reminder to give yourself some time to do something that makes you happy.

Hazel also reminds us to give thanks to mother nature and be grateful for all she provides, Hazel honours the moon cycles and the water of the lands. Spend some quiet time in nature, and tune in to your intuition.

I have paired Hazel with Kunzite. This is a very gentle, feminine crystal that helps to clear the cycles of worry, and negative thoughts. It also balances the heart chakra, and naturally lifts your mood. I have set it in a grid to help send out positive mood boosting vibes to you all. I have used Amethyst, which has similar mood boosting properties as well as helping to break negative thought patterns.

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well.

This weeks Crystal focus is another less talked about crystal - Septarian.

Septarian was formed 50 - 80 million years ago roughly around the time that dinosaurs died out, when there was many volcanic eruptions, and due to sea levels being much higher than they are now, the resulting lava flows caused the sea creatures to perish and sink to the bottom of the sea. Over time other organic matter built up and fromed a think layer of mud. Once the sea levels changed, this mud was exposed to the heat of the sun, and the elements and this caused the mud to crack, these cracks then collected silica, which over millions of years formed calcite crystals, and thats what causes the lovely patterns!

Septarian is formed of many other crystals and minerals, (calcite, the yellow bit, Argonite, the dark brown crystal bit, and ,Chalcedomy, the greyish covering) so it has lots of uses! Personally I use it as a stone to help with grounding, as I feel this crystal has a deep connection to the Earth.
I find that it encourages you to feel setted and relaxed in group situations , and in turn helps you to share your ideas and thoughts in public, which is not easy for some of us at times. I also find it helps to settle an over active mind, as its easy to get lost in all the patterns that you can see when you just simply sit and really look at the Crystal. Again, much like Chlorite that we looked at last time, because its made up of more than one mineral or crystal, it reminds us again that we are all linked, and we all have our own important part to play in the journey of the universe. Its important not to forget, which is probably why I was drawn to share septarian with you today!

Hello everyone, I hope you are all well.

Today I thought that we would look at Chlorite. Its not a crystal that is talked about often, so I thought that we would talk about it today.

Its is often found encased inside clear quartz crystals in the form of phantons, or green specks, patches or stripes.

Clear quartz amplifies the energy of other crystals, so the Chlorite will be amplified, as its within the quartz.

Chlorite is a powerful mineral on its own, helping you to develop your spritual growth, helping you to meditate, and helping you to come up with ideas.

It helps you to connect with higher realms, and helps you to understand any messages or communications thatyou have had from your guides.

This is a high vibration crystal. Its s great crystal to use on your heart chakra as it helps to gently open the heart to love.

From a physical point of view, this crystal can help reduce tension in the neck, as well as bloating and trapped wind, and digestion, as it helps to encourage the good bacteria.

When I look in to Chlorite, it reminds me of the Earth. All the colours and patterns. It also makes me think of all the individual "bits" that go together to make one whole "thing". Its helps to see the bigger picture. When you relate this to your self, you are one of those important "bits" that all connect to make one whole "thing"- the universe. Never forget the importance of you, and your place in the universe.

Hello everyone,

I hope that this message finds you well.

The last few days (Full moon was 26th) the Moon has been in the star sign of scorpio. The Moon as we know, controls the tides, as humans, we are about 65% water, so no wonder the Moon has an effect on us too!

The Moon repesents our spirit and intuition , as well as our emotions, and how we respond to events in our lives. The Moon also represents a sense of home.

Scorpio is also a very emotional sign, and is a water sign. Water holds on to our memories, Scorpio encourages us to heal memories of the past so that we can move on to the future.

In summary, The Moon in Scorpio helps us to satisfy our emotional needs, through purging all that no longer serves us, and renewing positive elements of ourselves.

Its interesting how many people are having physical clear outs of stuff at the moment, so its obviously a time for a a good sort out, in all ways!!

I drew an Ogham too, and it is Blackthorn. It really does link in well to the Moon situation right now!

This tree reminds us, that often there can be a bit of upheaval, before a deep change can happen. Know that the thorns of the Blackthorn will offer you protection during this tricky time. Its also a time of true liberation and rebirth, like the Moon, Blackthorn encourages you to let go of situations or a self defeating outlook. By doing so, you will be free to grow.

Hello everyone!

I hope this message finds you well!

This weeks message is in the form of a grid. Its a simple grid, with its focus on the centre stone, Labradorite. The clear quartz points around the stone amplifies it's energy and helps send it out in to the universe.

This stone has been on my mind a lot for the last few days, so I listened, and shared it with you too!

Labradorite, is a mystical, magical and mesmerizing stone, its really easy to get lost and drift away in its flashes of colours.

It's message this week is to look at things from a different perspective. Often when we take stock of a situation, and really look at things from a different view point, we can see things very differently. This in turn can help you make decisions on what you need to do.

The stone is a physical representation of this action, for when you move the stone around, you get to see it from "different angles" and from "different points of view". Its often when you do this, that you get to see the true magic of the stone, with its flashes of colour.

You can see a whole load of different colours, from golds, to blues, greens and purples. Labradorite is also a great stone to help you if you are feeling anxious or worried, look in to the stone and focus on the colours for a few minutes, and you will soon feel your mind feels more settled.
