We will be working closely with Solent Mind's new service - Anchoring Minds! The service aims to ensure families of serving personnel know how and where to access wellbeing and mental health support when they need it.

They understand that living with a partner, child or parent in the Royal Navy or Royal Marines creates a unique set of challenges, that can at times put pressure on your mental health or wellbeing. With frequent moving, stress around deployment and loneliness to contend with, families can sometimes need some extra support.

We're here to help you.

Through 1:1 support and useful workshops, we can help you identify your needs and get you moving towards your goals. We also operate a 'tell us once' system: a chat with us can get you connected to relevant organisations around the city, like Society of St. James, Citizens Advice Bureau and Talking Change, without having to explain yourself again and again.

Simply book in to talk to trained Wellbeing Advisors. The Advisors have lived through difficulties themselves, and can relate to how you are feeling.
