Although it’s more important than ever to take positive steps to protect our health and wellbeing, our new research shows that UK adults are struggling to stay healthy in lockdown. We know that getting support to stay on track is key 💖, and Slimming World members, like Amy, are loving the fact they can still access that as part of their virtual groups – where they find expert guidance from their Consultant, as well as tips, inspiration and of community from their fellow slimmers 🌠

Are you ready to lace up your trainers 👟, unroll your yoga mat 🧘‍♀‍ and get on your bike 🚲 as part of our It’s a Kind of Magic campaign? From hula-hooping in the garden to quick kitchen workouts, we’ve seen so many of you getting inventive with your exercise these last few months, and now we’re encouraging all Slimming World members and Consultants to keep up their awesome activity, boost their mood, and stay on track with a whole month of ! Look out for an update on Monday morning, or speak to your Consultant to find out how you can get involved, and get ready to start the summer feeling stronger, slimmer, and more smiley 😁.

Morning All! ❤️

Tuesdays are so different without seeing your lovely faces! But it will not be much longer and we will all be back in group together 😁!

⚠️⚠️ URGENT NOTICE! ⚠️⚠️
ITS BUSINESS AS NORMAL for us but with an added layer of precaution to keep everyone safe.

Groups will run as usual, however we will be ensuring that;

* Hand washing facilities & sanitiser available for use
* All doors & equipment regularly wiped down with Anti bacterial wipes.

I am also aware that some of you may be feeling particularly vulnerable & I completely understand this so the scales will be open for longer.

I will of course do anything I can to accommodate you so please do get in touch if you are concerned.

I am here if you need anything at all ❤️Take care of yourself & each other.
