Hi my name is Sian and I am the face of Beneficial Touch. I have a 38 year career as a qualified nurse and took early retirement in 2016 I spent a year retraining as a reflexologist gaining my dipolma with Calming Influences LTD in 2017. I completed further reflexology training and I am a registered practitioner for Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage with Sally Kay.
Mindfulness and Menopause Reflexology with Sally Earlam. Things that may benefit from reflexology are general well-being, release of tension, relaxation,improve mood and sleep to name but a few. All you have to do to receive this treatment is remove your shoes and socks.
