Today I took my students to Fort Widley on Portsdown Hill, Portsmouth, for a day of quiet observation rather than interaction. Through energy work, we explored the relationship between the land, the fort itself, and the many paranormal occurrences reported there. Using healing and light energy, we aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the true nature of this beautifully haunted site.

In the tunnels, a butterfly joined us—an unexpected visitor in such a place—soon followed by the gentle presence of bats. And as if to add its own message, a single yellow flower appeared along our path, symbolising friendship, love, and the warmth that can exist even in the most shadowed spaces.

Good morning and as we prepare for day 2 of our retreat weekend I went for an early morning walk to reconnect with nature and found these two. Swans are symbols of grace, purity and deep inner knowing. In many traditions they represent the soul’s calm presence gliding through the waters of life. Their lifelong pair bonds remind us of loyalty, devotion and the quiet strength found in true connection.

This Morning’s Reflection 🌿
Most mornings on my dog walk, I see a single white squirrel — a rare and beautiful sight in itself. But today was different. After spotting the usual one, a few moments later I saw three white squirrels together.

Spiritually, white squirrels are believed to be a sign of heightened intuition and awareness — a gentle reminder from the Universe to trust your inner senses and pay attention to the messages or opportunities around you.

As some might know I'm not a medium who does live readings however tonight I was invited to join SPtv for some interactive chat and messages from spirit.
