✨ Sometimes life puts you in the right place at the right time… and you just have to jump. ✨

We never planned on opening our own martial arts gym — but life throws you a curve ball sometimes.
Early in the year we were given a clear path where the future was ours to create.
Then the opportunity to buy a martial arts business came our way, it felt like everything aligned. We would never have been able to do this a few months ago. So we took the leap, and we’re so glad we did.

Since then, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes. I’ve been building a brand-new syllabus for all our students to grow through and making connections with lots of martial arts masters who have helped guide me through this.

I (Danielle), Co-owner of IDeal Fitness & Nutrition Ltd and Owner of The Wellness Hub, Portsmouth Ltd, and back working with IDeal and am on a mission to inspire and support more teen girls and women in Portsmouth to step into the world of fitness and sport.

After attending the Leading Women in Sport Conference alongside MP Stephen Morgan, Clare Martin MBE, Katy Sexton MBE, and an Olympic gold medallist, along with many more inspirational women, I am more motivated than ever to reignite a passion I have been working towards for many years.

With over 8 years of kickboxing experience, a Brown Belt in K1 Kickboxing, a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, and two successful businesses, I brings
both skill and dedication to helping women improve their physical and mental well-being.

I have picked up a few courses from Mittmaster.com over the years which really helped me when I first started out as a coach.

I've recently just picked up a course about holding pads for heavy hitters.
I'm going to use this to help prevent injuries and keep myself healthy enough to continue holding pads for the future.

I will be covering everything from the core fundamental techniques to help build a solid foundation to progress from, I'll also be adding in some fitness to burn off some energy.
