5 years without you 🌟🌟

✨ Every step forward is in honour of my dad ✨

My dad went to heaven after living with diabetes, and I’ll always feel that his doctors let him down. If I had been a Slimming World consultant five years ago, I truly believe I could have helped him understand more about taking care of himself.

We know that losing weight can help to reverse type 2 diabetes, and that’s why every person I support means so much to me. Every bit of encouragement, every celebration, every milestone—it’s all done in honour of my dad 🌟🌟🌟

So when you walk through the doors of group, know that you’re not just starting your own journey—you’re part of something bigger. Together, we’re changing lives, and for me, that’s the most precious tribute I can give. 💛

It’s that’s time of year again . Mine will go up when I have my granddaughter who’s 19 months old for 3 nights The tree will go up before she arrives and then we will decorate it with her .

Since 2013, we’ve raised an absolutely AMAZING £30m for Cancer Research UK 🙌.

We did this together, as one incredible Slimming World family – with every item donated to the Big Slimming World Clothes Throw, and every step taken for Race for Life and the London Marathon 🤗.

Congratulations to my member Stacey who is my Monday groups icon , Stacey has lost 7stone 7 1/2 pounds and I couldn’t be more proud to help her carry on with her journey Stacey’s a lovely target member
