Talking Therapies Portsmouth has now moved to it's new home in Hamble House. We celebrated our new home with a combined "Hamble House warming" and 15 years of Talking Therapies Portsmouth celebration lunch. We are excited for our face to face patients to come and see our new premises. Although our base has moved our contact details remain the same.

We want to make sure our service, organisation, and policies are led and shaped by service users of Talking Therapies as well as anyone with lived experience of mental health.

By engaging with people we hope to improve health and wellbeing, improve the service and quality of care, and provide people with confidence and skills.

We are looking for people who have used Talking Therapies (formerly Talking Change) previously or have lived experience, to enrol in a 10 week course, who might want to learn a new skill, learn more about mental health, or help cofacilitate some of our groups by using your own expertise to help guide and support others.

If you would like more information, or to find out how to be part of this
programme, please contact: nhs.talkingtherapiesportsmouth@solent.nhs.uk
