After 25 years of service in the British Army, I’m proud to be launching DW Development, delivering HSE-compliant First Aid training and practical Health & Safety support across Hampshire.
From September, I’ll be supporting local businesses, schools, sports clubs, and organisations with structured, risk-appropriate training aligned with the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 and current HSE guidance.
Courses include: • Emergency First Aid at Work (1 Day)
• First Aid at Work (3 Day)
• Combined Emergency Paediatric First Aid & EFAW (1 Day)
• Annual Refresher Training
Alongside training, I also offer:
• First Aid Needs Assessments (HSE L74 aligned)
• Emergency Planning & Response Procedures
• Site-specific documentation to support inspections and audits
I am DBS checked and fully insured, bringing over two decades of military experience including more than 10 years leading physical training and managing facilities delivering calm, practical, and confidence-focused instruction.
My goal is simple: to help organisations across Hampshire ensure their first aid provision is compliant, proportionate, and genuinely effective when it matters most.
