Shipmates & Oppos Programme The Shipmates & Oppos Programme is free to join and has helped thousands of Naval Service leavers find the practical support and advice they needed.

We’re here for you too – no matter your rank, branch or number of days served. The Shipmates & Oppos Programme is an official Royal Navy Programme funded by Greenwich Hospital. The Programme is run by the Royal Naval Association in partnership with the White Ensign Association, the Royal Marines Association and the Association of Royal Navy Officers.
