A note from Ruth about what to wear for Baby’s First Christmas
Creamy neutral tones work beautifully with the set up, as do traditional Christmas colours like red and green. Please remember this is only a guideline and it is completely up to you what your little one is photographed in.

🩹 Paediatric First Aid Course – Limited Spaces Remaining! 👶

Our Saturday session is now fully booked through the Calm & Connected community group 💕

But don’t worry, there are 5 spaces left for Monday 24th November, 2–4pm at North Coast Children’s Therapies, Ballymoney.

This course is delivered by Dr Clare Cox, a doctor working in a Paediatric Emergency Department in London, and is designed especially for parents, grandparents, childminders, aunts, uncles or anyone caring for babies and children.

They say everyday is a school day and for me it was a school day on Wednesday of this week!

I had the privilege of visiting a local primary school and sharing some hand reflexology to the students in primary 7. Some of the students will soon be sitting important school exams so we focused on reflexes to help us stay calm and settle the nervous system. The busy brains routine was also popular as sometimes we can be thinking lots of things at the same time when we just need to focus on one thing - especially during an exam!
