Hi I just thought I’d pop on here and say Hi! It has been a long time since I’ve properly posted anything and I just wanted to explain why!
Unfortunately my dad - who was suffering with dementia - passed away in October - it was very sad - particularly because I wasn’t with him.
He is now with my mum and in a much better place! This has meant however that I have been left with the task of sorting out his house! A seasoned hoarder - particularly since mum passed - means I have ALOT of work on my hands over the next few months - and the fact that he lived in Cambridgeshire doesn't make the job any easier so I am having to split my time between decluttering and working with my lovely clients. As you can imagine social media posting hasn't been top of my ‘to do’ list!
I am still working however. I am closing for Christmas early this year - on 19th December just so I can get a long (well deserved) break. I am back open on 5th January.
My last yoga class will be 20th December and the new ‘term’ will start on 5th January!
And don't forget “Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes - including you!! “ Anne Lamott!

My name is Julie Elder and I own Totally Holistic Health. With over 15 years experience as a holistic therapist I think I've seen (and heard) pretty much everything! What I offer is a safe environment to be able to get to the heart of peoples problems.
