Those called for, those long awaited, those desired but not yet ready to begin.

New life around us in nature may encourage new life within. Or may allow a settling and contentment of where we are right now.

So often I coach the most amazing humans who are so busy trying to please others they forget about themselves.

Forget self-love
Forget their own needs
Forget to fill their cup
Forget to check in on themselves
Forget the life they hoped for

If we can take a pause to consider how we feel and respond from a place of stillness, rather than react from a place of habit, we turn up with more truth.

We advocate for ourselves meaningfully.

Ultimately, being there for others and for our community with more presence, patience and power.
