Do you ever find yourself worrying what people think of you?

You can’t control what others think, even when it feels unfair. But that doesn’t make their story the truth.
Sometimes people misunderstand or make assumptions and that can hurt, especially when your integrity’s questioned.
But here’s the thing: you can’t correct every perception. What you can control is how you keep showing up.
Over time, truth, time and consistency = reputation recovery.
Most people move on far faster than your anxious mind believes.
When you notice yourself spiralling into “what do they think?” try this:
✨ Pause. Remind yourself that assumptions live in their mind, not yours.
✨ Refocus. Ask, “What do I know to be true about me right now?”
✨ Re-align. Keep showing up with integrity, even when it’s tempting to overexplain or defend yourself.
You don’t need to fix their perception- you just need to stay anchored in who you are 💚.

Why being appropriately qualified, accredited, and insured matters ⬇️⬇️
Did you know that hypnotherapy isn’t currently a regulated industry in the UK?
That means anyone could complete a one or two day online course and call themselves a “hypnotherapist.”
This is really concerning because when supporting people who are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing, it’s vital that practitioners are appropriately trained, qualified, and insured.
I trained intensively for 10 months (in person), working with case studies from the very start of my training and completing two professional hypnotherapy qualifications alongside written work and assessments.

Treat your brain like your bicep 💪🏻.
You wouldn’t walk into the gym once and expect to be strong so why expect your mind to be resilient without training it? đź§
Your brain is a muscle. It needs reps-daily habits that challenge your focus, stretch your comfort zone and strengthen your mindset.
It needs rest-quiet time, reflection, sleep.
It needs fuel -nutrition, hydration and thoughts that actually serve you.
Every time you choose discipline over distraction,
