Hello all,

Over the years, I have worked to keep my prices as accessible as possible while continuing to offer the highest quality care. Due to increased costs associated with running a massage therapy practice—including supplies, continuing education, and facility expenses—it has become necessary to adjust my pricing.
Beginning on 1st January 2026, my new rates will be as follows:
Sports Massage 1 hour £50
Sports Massage 30 minutes £40
Swedish Massage 1 hour £50
Swedish Massage 30 minutes £40
Over 70’s Massage 1 hour £40
Reflexology 45 minutes £45

To all those lovely runners out there a friend of mine works for a local charity and has 4 places available for the London Vitality 10k on Sunday 28th September. The event is now sold out. It starts on the Mall and finishes near Buckingham Palace.

So individuals can either pay £10 entry and commit to fundraising a £350 or pay £46.50 entry fee with no commitment to fund-raise. The registration deadline is Thursday 28th August. If you are interested in one of the places contact sally@atsociety.org.uk

I have now finished my training in Reflexology at the ‘Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine,’ one of the UK’s most highly respected Reflexology schools so I am now a Level 3 ITEC Reflexologist. So I am now offering tailored Reflexology treatments.

Reflexology is a non-invasive, natural and highly relaxing complementary therapy and as such can be enjoyed by all ages. Just a few of the many benefits of reflexology sessions include-the following:

Firstly I would like to express my gratitude for your support and loyalty. It's because of clients like you that I have been able to grow my business and provide you with exceptional service. Your custom means the world to me and I am eternally grateful.

I wanted to reach out personally to share some important updates that affect my services.
On the 1st February 2025, I will be adjusting some of my prices. I have chosen to only increase the price of the Swedish massage and the 30 minute slots for Swedish and Sports Therapy to ensure my prices remain competitive and comparable with other therapists in the area.

Therefore from the 1st February 2025,
Swedish Massage for 1 hour will change from £40 to £45.
Sports Therapy for 30 Minutes will change from £30 to £35
Swedish massage for 30 minutes will change from £30 to £35
Over 70's 1 hour session will change from £30 to £35
Your trust and loyalty mean everything to me, and I am committed to continue to provide you with the best services and experience, this remains my top priority.

So 2024 is drawing to a close and we’re getting into the holiday spirit. Today brings us the shortest day and the official start of Winter. A time of rest and reflection before the slow return to brighter days. I hope that after a busy year, you can now have a fabulous break and take care of yourselves this Christmas.

I have had an interesting year here at Steady Therapy, completing a few courses and doing some charity work but for now I’d like to say thank you for supporting me this year and that my business would not thrive without you. So a big thank you and I look forward to seeing what 2025 will bring but for now, wishing you all a peaceful Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

Dear all,
Thank you for being a loyal customer and for putting your valuable trust in Steady Professional Massage Therapy over the past year or so.

Although, I have tried my best to keep expenses low, my operational costs have increased recently. So after carefully reviewing finances, I have made the tough decision to increase my prices for all services.

The changes will be effective from 1st october 2023, so until then you can take benefit of the old prices. As always, I am striving to evolve by attending new courses to enhance my professional services. So the price increase will help to serve you better.

Sports Massage (new prices)
60 minutes is £45
30 minutes is £30

Swedish Massage (new prices)
60 minutes £40
30 minutes £30

Over 70's will get a discount so it will be £35 for either Swedish or Sports Massage.

Hello everybody, if you've been trying to make a booking in the last couple of days, and found that you could only book 4pm on a Monday, I've let the IT/Social media manager loose on the problem and its now been fixed! STEADY THERAPY PRICE INCREASE

Dear Steady Therapy clients,

I have been putting off writing this post for some time. I need to inform all of you that as of the 1st September 2022, there will be a price increase due to the ever increasing overheads and cost of living.

I would like to take this opporunity to thank each and everyone of you for your ongoing support and loyalty. Your satisfaction is very important to me, and I hope to provide you with the excellent service that you have come to expect.

If you have any questions or concerns about this price increase then do not hesitate to contact me. I greatly appreciate yor business and hope you understand my need to implement these price increases.

I will be ceasing to offer 30 minute sessions as of the 1st September 2022, all sessions will be 60 minutes except for Indian Head massage and Seated Chair Massage.

Sports and remedial massage will be £40 for 60 minutes.

Swedish Massage will be £30 for 60 minutes.

Seated Acupressure or IHM £20 for 30 minutes.

Mobile service up to 5 miles from Potton is £5 extra charge for petrol.

More than 5 miles is £10 extra charge. However, a group of 3 or more client's additional fee is waived.
