Treatments available include Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Holistic, Pregnancy & Hot Stones Massage, Menopause Massage & Facials I am hugely passionate about regular massage being affordable for everybody and as I run my business from home I can ensure I offer quality treatments at fantastic prices. I firmly believe regular massage should be something we all aim for, whatever your reason for wanting/needing a treatment. Massage for me is for relaxation, that hour away from running a business, a house, having young children and everything else life chucks at me. But for some of my clients it's for pain relief, getting rid of those knotted muscles that have built up over the weeks and months, or easing that lower back pain. Whether it's for relaxation or pain relief regular massage does us good: it helps our circulation, it can improve muscle tone, assist lymph drainage,it can release stress and tension and help reduce fatigue. I have a dedicated treatment room in my home which is a haven away from all the noise and stress. Your treatment time is all about you, I will listen to what you want and adapt your treatment to suit. If you want to talk through your treatment then feel free or if you'd rather close your eyes and shut out the world then i can be as quiet as a mouse. I always allow for an extra 10-15 mins after your treatment to give you the time to ease back into reality.

Wow what a super busy week it’s been. Thank you all for the appointments & voucher sales.
Just one last client for this week, the hot stones are heating up as I post this. I have 2 nights out this weekend! ( it must be Christmas 🤭) and an almost fully booked week next week.
