We were very lucky to be asked back to the amazing Plas Menai recently to run our FIRST AID at WORK L3 for the brilliant instructors and staff at both and .

We also ran a vital Oxygen Therapy and Airway Management input.

We had great fun using the kit and equipment that the staff and instructors have access to both on land and water to be able to facilitate casualty care in a number of circumstances.

We were so excited to return to Brecon RFC and teach our Emergency First Aid at Work L3 course last weekend with some additional relevant subjects to pitch side support.

We had a great afternoon/evening where it was great to meet new students and see students from previous courses.
