Did you know the bottom of your feet can actually affect what's going on in other areas of your body? On each foot there are 7,000 nerve endings called reflexes that correspond to every organ and system within your body. By stimulating these reflex points, or "zones", you can open energy pathways that may be blocked or congested.

A common practice used to do this is standing on nails. This process, often performed with the help of a guide or channeler, is a safe and effective way to stimulate your nervous system and overcome any blockages and mental complications you may be experiencing.

Here is what massages can do for your health & wellness:

Massages help to increase circulation throughout the body, supporting the increased activity level of white blood cells used in combating viruses or infections. This increase in cells helps to strengthen your immune system before, during, and after illness.
Additionally, stimulation of the lymph nodes re-charges the body’s natural defense system.

▫️Reduce Stress.
It is imperative to get your stress levels under control to have a healthy mind and body. Getting regular massages help reducing your stress level.
Many studies have found that when a participant got a massage, their cortisol levels (stress hormone that controls your fight or flight response) significantly reduced and stayed lower during the next 18 hours.

▫️Improve Sleep.

Just keep in mind—these strategies aren't about detoxing or cleansing the liver itself per se, they're about supporting the liver so it can perform optimally, in all of its vital functions (including detoxification).

✔️Adopt a liver- and gut-friendly diet.
Nope, you don't need a fancy cleanse. What you need is a balanced, plant-dense diet that promotes healthy body composition and contains diverse nutrients and phytonutrients that support liver and gut health.

A good first step: ditch the processed foods and drink more water. Skip most prepackaged foods, excess caffeine, and alcohol, and focus on whole foods (organic when possible)—including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds, sustainably raised meats, fish, eggs, and minimally processed oils like olive, avocado, or coconut oil.
