Slimming World Poynton AM Hello, I'm Chrissie,
I became a Slimming World Consultant after losing 3.5 stone in 10 months.

My "WHY" is that I suffer with Osteoarthritis in my hip and knee joints, I needed to be kinder to myself and lose weight to improve my health and mobility.

We have finally made it to the end of January, which is always a tough month to navigate because we still have the 'leftovers' from Christmas!

That doesn't mean that now we are entering February, our new year intentions are suddenly beyond our reach, so get rid of that guilt!

There is never a right or wrong time to start your weight loss journey, equally why put off until tomorrow, what we could start today?
