​For many who have survived abuse, the world feels unsafe, and the soul feels like a puzzle with missing pieces. You might have tried to manifest your way out of the darkness, looked to the stars for answers, or tried to heal yourself through sheer spiritual willpower. But there is a profound difference between a woman trying to heal herself and a woman being healed by her Creator.

​The Never-Ending Search vs. The Living Water

​In New Age beliefs, the burden is often on you. You have to vibrate higher, clear your energy, or find the right ritual. It’s another form of work that leaves you tired.
​A woman walking in Christ discovers that the search is over. She isn't looking for a "vibe"; she has found a Person. Jesus doesn't ask you to fix yourself before you come to Him; He meets you in the mess of your trauma and says, "Rest."

​The Shield of True Strength

​Abuse often strips away a woman's sense of protection. While New Age practices might offer a temporary sense of control, they can’t offer a Shield.
​A woman walking in Christ carries a strength that isn't her own. It’s a quiet, unshakable trust. She knows that even when the memories are loud, her God is louder. Her boundaries aren't just walls she built; they are rooted in her identity as a daughter of the King.

​Healing That Reaches the Root

​New Age "healing" often feels like putting a beautiful silk cloth over a deep wound. It looks better for a while, but the infection remains.

Our plans are NOT God's plan for us!!

We are just little children thinking that we know everything, but we know nothing.

Sometimes you need to go to places that feels out of your box, because there is a lesson for you to learn.

Little wins are wins, and that teaches you humility, losses also teaches us humility, it gives us a tap on the shoulder and a head a wobble.

And sometimes we are meant to be in places that we never expected before,but there's something to be done there, sometimes you are not even going to know how much your presence is important and necessary in certain places, even though you think that that place is useless and unimportant.

Sometimes you are helping and inspiring people that you never spoke to, sometimes you are helping without knowing.

Sometimes you think life is boring because you are not getting applause or validation from the world, but was not what happened to Jesus? And He is still the man who impacted the most people, the one who served without wanting to be served. The one who did without expecting applause. He did because He knew it was the right thing to do and His place was there.

Sometimes His path for us is not that fancy looking on the outside, but it polishes us on the inside and keeps us closer to Him.

A New Chapter for Heart Space
​5 years. Multiple transformations. One ultimate Truth. 🌿

​I’m reaching out today to reintroduce myself and the journey of Heart Space. As a Portuguese therapist who has been building this massage and wellness business for nearly five years, I’ve seen us grow, shift, and change—but I can honestly say the best version of this business is right here, in the present moment.

​Two years ago, Heart Space took a significant turn. I moved away from "New Age" views and spiritual healings when I found Jesus. I realized that the only true healer is Him. I learned that spiritual connection isn't something that requires the interference of others; it is an intimate, direct relationship with God.
​Recently, I faced a crossroads: Do I chase what the world calls "success," or do I speak about how amazing Jesus has been in my life?

​I know that speaking His name can be a "public repellent" for some. But I’ve made my choice. I chose to step away from worldly success to find a foundation that teaches me humility and patience—a path that shapes me as a human and a woman.

​The truth is, He transformed me in ways nothing else ever could. By trusting His plans—even in moments when I felt unheard—I’ve seen my life unfold in beautiful, unexpected ways. He was always there.

​Someone once told me, "You should stop speaking about Jesus so you’ll have more clients." To me, that’s like trying to walk through these muddy woods without my boots. Sure, you might look "fancier," but the ground is slippery. Your feet get dirty, and the chances of falling are so much higher.

​Heart Space is now a Jesus-centered business. Whether that brings people in or pushes them away, my mission is no longer to "fit in" with the world. My mission is to bring well-being to your body while bringing to light the grandiosity of the One who changed my life. I’m here to touch hearts—especially those who might still be walking the old paths I once did.
